“This lab is a scam, don’t use them.
Bought in home PCR test and was told I could drop sample at any in Vivo Clinic in London for results. Seemed legitimate since they perform on site testing and was also told they send samples to London Medical Lab daily at 3pm.
When I went to drop off the test, they told me it would be an additional 40 pounds to get results.
Took my sample to London Medical Lab and was told they never heard of Vivo Clinic and that they are not on their list of authorized testing labs.
Not sure what types of scams they are running, but wouldn’t be surprised if I test positive so they can charge me for another test.”

“Paid £129 for a venomous covid antibody test no where on the website back in June did it say would only show up at lab if had been infected in last 2 weeks. Repeatedly emailed vivo clinic and got ignored! Total con job do not use! Testing for all are much cheaper and use the Roche test which is much better than Abbott and a not for profit organisation! Vivo clinic false advertised their product so I’m £129 lighter total con job!”
“Shabby shop posing as clinic. DIY swab! Results came 12 hours after flight left for Cyprus! No communication during or after episode! Trustpilot reviews show this the norm! Full time job for directors wife handling complaints! Under no circumstances should you use this company for COVID testing or anything else!”

Website statements are dubious e.g. ‘ guaranteed tests with the chosen timeframe or your money back ! ‘
If results are guaranteed then there is no need for the money back statement!
Company blocks Trustpilot one star reviews so there are delays in others seeing your reviews !
Had to call , email and pester company for the refund when the ‘guaranteed results were not provided in the chosen timeframe ‘ .
