“The Worst Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping with Voga Closet, and I can confidently say that it was a nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was downright terrible, and the delivery was shockingly unreliable. First off, the delivery was delayed by a staggering 21 days. Yes, 21 days! I had placed my order with the understanding that it would arrive within a reasonable timeframe, as stated on their website. However, the order was delayed for nearly three weeks without any proactive communication from their team. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update, only to receive vague responses that offered no real resolution.
When I did get in touch with customer service, they offered little help. I was met with long wait times, unhelpful replies, and a lack of accountability. Every time I asked for a concrete solution or an estimated delivery date, I was given more empty promises with no follow-up.”
“I experienced a disappointing ordeal with this online store. Their return and refund process is subpar compared to other platforms. Even smaller stores surpass them in customer service. I found undisclosed deductions from my refund, and a missing item that was not included in my reimbursement. Despite persistent follow-ups, their unresponsiveness and lack of attention to emails further compound more frustration. Delivery times and refund policies fall far short of expectations. Caution to fellow shoppers: steer clear of this store.”
“They take money on cash option ! Written in a very small letters we hardy see it. , they take money for returning items. Even if you drop the items to aramx points. , they change the prices of one items different times. Especially if you put in your basket the price get higher . They do the opposite of what other online sites do , plus the money of returning items takes for ever Very bad experience”

“When I ordered in Voga closet for the first time, I ordered for a ladies loafer shoes size 3. They sent me a size 3 wide feet left shoe with a size 3 normal size right shoe! I returned right away and ordered a new one for the same item. Instead of sending me a leather one, they sent me a similar shoe in a cheap fabric material! They do not follow their own item codes! They have the stupidest and dumbest staff! I have never experienced this kind of hassle with other online stores like SHEIN no matter how many items I ordered.
My 2nd order was an open back square toe loafer from Warehouse and guess what? I received a cheap- looking flat sandals with studs all over! Totally different item that I cannot even find in their online store! This will be my final order and will tell my friends, family, and colleagues to stay away from this store!”
“Dont buy from them, first they are overrated and second refund or to credit the amount, it take ages it has been since dec 5 and till now jot refunded. They dont answer and u need to call international to talk to customer service . I am telling all my network , dont buy”

“The quality is terrible and sizes are all wrong. It’s a scam don’t ever order from these guys. They trick you into believing you can do returns but you can’t because they claim that Aramex is their courier and they offer free pick up but I have been following up with them for 6 weeks and no one shows up to pick up. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.”

Irresponsible shipping! It looks like my parcel was delivered to another person by mistake and Aramex did not even check the person's ID or phone. So they cannot get it back. Instead of talking to me, they are avoiding having to explain their mistake.
Then, I got only the answering machine in the phone.
I have filed a complaint against ARAMEX and also wrote to Vogacloset customers care. This looks like a scam. I will never order from them again! I have never received my order and I lost the money, a bit over 600 SAR.”
“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BRAND. Ordered online and to this date I have not even so much as gotten any tracking information. I have emailed the team 4 times and only got generic emails as if they had not even read my concerns telling me they I will receive it soon and NO solving of the tracking issue. They claim packages should arrive in 10 days and it has been 23 days with absolutely no information of where my package even is. WILL never buy from voga closet again. TERRIBLE brand.”
“very bad quality clothes, was not worth the wait and the money. I am very disappointed in the pieces that i ordered. The sizes were off and the knitting was off in all of the products. i do not recommend at all. I will not be wearing any of the pieces that arrived from them.”
“I ordered from vogacloset for 352 riyals and when received my parcel one item was preloved and one was inappropriate in size I refunded both n very bad customer service i got refund of only 284 riyals , why ? This such bad bad experiences i will not ever order from vogacloset”
“Ordered 5 items initially. 1 item arrived defective where the trouser pocket had no stitching so I was literally putting my hand into a hole where I could touch my leg! 2 items randomly got cancelled on separate days about a week after I had placed my order - the amount is being refunded but their system needs to be updated to avoid this wasting my time and having to wait for funds to go back into my account. I could have purchased the same items direct from the brand seller but they are now out of stock with the time that has passed.”
