“I ordered two waist training corsets from Vollers and was so happy with them I have just ordered a third. Ian was incredibly responsive and helpful, and despite a delay with their arrival I couldn't be happier. I wear corsets 23/7 and have done for months, going from a 42" very overweight waist 6 months ago to now having an un-corseted waist of 34" and can tighten up to 30" consistently without any discomfort. (This reduction is mainly due to diet and exercise, but the corsets have helped and I am starting to see a definite narrowing of the waist in proportion to the hips and chest (yay!). The Vollers waist training corsets, both overbust and underbust are excellent. They feel like I am being permanently hugged without feeling compressed. I don't even feel any discomfort sleeping in them. In fact, I barely notice I am wearing one (until I look in the mirror). This is the third brand of corset I have tried since starting, the previous ones (bought from My Corset Story) didn't hold up to more than a few weeks of usage and I was not impressed. The Vollers corsets, on the other hand, feel like they will get me down to my target waist and will then switch from OTR to custom made for long term maintenance. So, thanks Vollers.”

“Brilliant. I have fibromyalgia and many days have struggled to get out of bed with the pain. Vollers made me a made to measure Nicole corset in dawn brocade. It is absolutely brilliant. My pain levels have dropped by about 80 %, making it so much easier to get back into work. Drastically improving my quality of life. It is worth every penny. Corrine and Lynn bent over backwards to help. Forever grateful to them all. True artists”

“Have not had a chance to wear my corset for any length of time yet, but 1st impressions are all good. Great fabric, sturdy construction, and made to measure gives a MUCH better fit than any stock/otr corsets I've tried/purchased previously (other vendors). I do have some fitting niggles, but it's likely that I just need to spend more time adjusting the lacing etc. So will give it a few more tries but it's a bonus that the showroom is nearby if I need to book a fitting. My only negative is that I have noticed some of the ribbon edging starting to fray already; after only trying on for a few brief minutes.”

“This is my first corset purchase. I chose the WAIST HUGGER 2014 for waist training with assistance from an online Vollers rep. It fits well and I like the support it gives my back. My posture has never been better. My only complaint is with the modesty panel. It keeps bunching up and I cannot keep it laying flat. Maybe it's because I'm a novice and I'm putting it on without assistance? Oh...and I wish they sold 100% cotton corsets as I only wear natural fibers. I will most definitely purchase again. Great craftsmanship and quality! Thank you Vollers for a wonderful product!”

“As always excellent service. Corset dressed ordered online on Tuesday and dress delivered to hotel in London on Friday, ready for my arrival on Monday. First fitting was as I dressed to go to the opera and it was perfect. Not the first time I did a last minute order and not the first time I ask for something out of the ordinary. “I had a custom made waist training corset, which fits perfectly. They made it surprisingly quickly (some tailors can take weeks) and the quality is fantastic. They also seem very happy to discuss custom requests (such as different lengths).”

“Hello So impressed with the level of customer service. Second to none. I spoke with a human- always a good thing and also they have on-line chat. I rang for advice and the chap I spoke to was v helpful and knowledgable and lo and behold my corset arrived the very next day! Its gorgeous and arrived in a beautiful box. It fits me like a glove and everyone says it fab! overall totally amazing service and well worth buying one! I give this company an amazing 5/5 for superior service !”

“I stumbled across Vollers Corsets totally by accident, I am in the process of losing weight and while still self conscious about my body image I was starting to feel attractive and sexy for my husband again. I bought myself a corset as a treat to work towards, but when it arrived I fell in love!!! The workmanship is brilliant and after a very short period of thinking, I went on to the website and got mysel a couple more. One fits now, one the size down, and the one I originally bought which I were I am aiming for with my weight loss. A long journey ahead,but Vollers will make it fun along the way!!!”

“I have just today received my second Voller's corset: it is beautiful. It is a waist-training overbust in a custom fabric, with a few pattern alterations to fit my shape/size/needs. I have just put it on for the first time, starting the careful seasoning process, to get the corset used to me, and me used to the corset. As this is a 24-bone corset, I expect seasoning to take around four weeks, building up from a loose/snug fit, slowly from 1.5 hours per day (if you are new to corsets, please please google on how to season your corset: it is bad for these beautiful items, AND your body to not season correctly!) I have to say however, of all the corsets I have bought (and I have about 8? from different companies of varying quality), Voller's have been the only ones I have put on and feel comfortable in immediately. I don't know if it is because they have well over 100 years of stay making, or if it is simply that they are a premier corsetière, but I am very impressed with comfort. My primary reason for purchasing was for the orthopaedic support, which is what made me decide on a waist training corset: as these have the extra bones and supports to hold the body in place (if you know anything about the social history of corsets, you will know that they were initially an orthopaedic support device, and only later became a tight-lacing fashion item). Mr and Mrs Voller's patterns are based upon late 1800s patterns (at the cusp of the tight-lacing trend re-emerging), and were kind enough to adjust the pattern slightly so that the corset will give maximum support around my rib cage, and pelvis, whilst still being a beautiful garment which will be a pleasure to wear both as underwear and outer-wear (as opposed to an orthopaedic brace!). In terms of functionality and quality of make: my last Voller's corset is still going strong after a decade, and still looks almost new (I didn't properly season it, so I have warped a couple of bones). I can tell this corset will last many decades, possibly being an heirloom for my future daughter/grand-daughter (as long as each heir seasons very carefully!). Whilst waiting for this beauty to arrive, I did wonder about flossing, to ensure the bones would stay in the correct position, but the work and fabric is such high quality, flossing won't be necessary -- even with 24 steel bones! I will be needing longer strings to see me through these first four weeks with seasoning before the bones fully mould themselves to my body; but a doubled grosgrain ribbon should suffice for this time period, and then I will re-lace with the original high quality corset chord. I honestly couldn't be happier. This corset really is perfect. I realise there are a lot of cheap off-the-rack steel boned corsets available online, and I have bought a few myself... but quite honestly, the quality and fit are terrible by comparison, and seasoning can be, and has been, painful in those corsets! I would say save up the extra money for a Voller's, as you won't regret it.”

“Vollers is the undisputed Queen of Corsets. I ordered my first one in 1999, and it is still going strong after some delicate cleaning of the fabric. The effect upon one's all-important mid-section is phenomenal, and I have found no company to provide serious competition after considerable research. The fabrics are divine and the classic designs are my favourite. They give a girl a lift like no other corsetry, and they are properly made. Viva Vollers!”

“I was a bit worried about ordering a corset on line in case I ordered the wrong size. With great trepidation I phoned and asked for advice. I spoke to a couple of members of their team and they persuaded me to come in for a fitting which I did. They could not have been more welcoming. I was fitted into several different corsets to try by a lovely lady. I came away with an absolutely fantastic corset that hugs me perfectly. Not sure if I should say this but they also gave me a wonderfully photographed book to take away with me. Gorgeous corset, Lovely people. I will be getting another.”
