“I ordered a black satin corset, the first corset I have ever bought. And unfortunately, I only realised as soon as I bought it that I ordered the wrong size. I didn't know there is a variety. Anyway I immediately contacted the store in the hope of rectifying it and gave order number, size needed etc. But got no response and then a few weeks later, got an email to say that my order has been sent out with original wrong size ordered. Now, I will have to go through the process of sending it back and waiting directly my proper size. I know this is my mistake but I don't know why they have customer service.”

I am sorry to hear that you do not feel you have received a satisfactory customer service from us. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some technical issues with our e-mails, which have now been resolved. We are more than happy to reimburse you your postage costs for the return of the corset and will dispatch your desired size upon receipt of the return.

“I Received my corset today and must say that I am very disappointed with the finish of the item. Sadly the ends do not seem to be finished properly and have arrived fraying. My husband choose this corset as a gift for me very carefully and we are both very upset at the quality. Your feedback on this matter would be gratefully received.”

I am so sorry you have received your corset with frayed ends. This is not how we send out our corsets and have never an issue with this before. I fully understand your disappointment and would ask you to please send it back so we can inspect and rectify and return it to you. Any expense you are put to will of course refunded you. “I purchased an overbust corset. The overbust was a regular (not custom) size 34" but the bust was made for someone with cupsize AA. Also it did not even have a waistband in it..so when laced up it stretched in the waist..so my figure stayed very much the same..not why you buy a corset. Also the baleinen. The metal lines were very very few. I had edpected so much from a Vollers corset but it was more a waste of my moneg. It would have been way better to go to a real corsetiere. So I had it remade by a real corsetiere who made extra balijnen metal lining in it..made it into a underbust since the cups were ridiculous and sewed in a real waistband. After these alterations it finally worked as a corset and I worn it a lot since. I am very dissatisfied with Vollers, the only good thing about the corset was the fabric. Good non stretch velours which I love. All in all I all advice you to go to a real corsetiere. My next one will be from Skeletons in the closet clothing from the Netherlands.”

It is a great shame that you did not contact us at the time as all customers are welcome to return their corsets, for any reason, for a full refund or exchange. The style you purchased is designed for customers with a smaller bust, fewer panels and not tight lacing. We have been designing and making corset for over 115 years and cater for all types of customers from waist training to the occasional wearer.
