I ordered a corset and was excited for it to arrive, but when I received an email asking me to confirm whether I would like them to use a different fabric as the one they had was out of stock, I was unable to get through to reply. I tried emailing, calling and using the live chat function on the website, but none of these worked - my emails kept bouncing back when I sent them, and I did not receive a reply to my calls or chats. I still haven't received either a corset or a refund, and am very disappointed, as I was looking forward to finally having a made to measure corset!

We sincerely apologise that you have received this level of service from us. We have recently moved sites and have been having technical difficulties, with broadband and telephone not being installed straight away and then issues with the equipment they supplied. We are now up and running again, so if you could send us an e-mail (accounts@vollers-corsets.com) or contact us by phone (023 9266 0150) then we would be more than happy to assist you and resolve the service you have currently experienced.

No refund issued on perfect return within terms - no emails answered and phone rang to message machine without response. Lacking any reasonable post purchase customer service. Beware.

Dreadful company to deal with, never again! Their customer service is non existent. Great if you are spending your hard earned but if you want to return or there is an issue they don't want to know.

It is always concerning if a customer has a problem. I have no record of a customer having a problem trying to return one of our corsets and we are always happy to exchange or refund and happy to do this past the legally required time frame. As this customer has left out their name and order details it is impossible to see when they ordered. We do offer a lifetime guarantee and the terms and conditions are on our web site.

Do NOT ever buy anything from this company! EVER! If you need to return an item, they will not give you your money back. I ordered 3 corsets (not custom-made that cannot be returned), kept and and returned 2, sent by Special Delicery Next Day for which I had to pay £11.00, delivery was made next day, Vollers signed for it but never refunded me or even acknowledge the return. I then contacted them via online chat and was told to send them an email. I sent them an email and they have never bothered to response. I wish I have never bought anything from them, I will never do again and will make sure none of my friends, colleagues or clients will even think about purchasing anything from Vollers. I'm very unhappy and will be taking this matter further. This company is not trustworthy and will steal your money. Buyer beware!!

I am very sorry that you have had this experience and can assure you this was just an oversight on our behalf. We have looked back on our emails and cannot find the one you have sent. Our telephone number is listed on our website and if you had given us a call and brought to our notice that the refund had not been made, it would have been done immediately. I can assure you that this has now been done and apologise most sincerely for the inconvenience you have been caused.

Massively disappointed :'( It was custom measure. I had to send it back but is still too small on the hips after they made another. It pinches and I don't see this allowing to train my waist to make it smaller. This seems like the kind of design that just wants to flatten the body straight - not curvy. So, so disappointed - I thought the price would reflect the design. The customer support was not very good in that they weren't friendly and answered my questions with reluctance. There was no advice provided on how to use the corset and what to expect. Huuuge disappointment. So expensive and not doing what it is meant to - training my waist to a smaller size. I don't want squeezed hips! Because it was custom measure I can't get my money back. Please do your research before purchasing and buy from a place which is dedicated to emphasising the curves - which is afterall what a corset is meant to do!

The product has not arrived despite promises for delivery by Tuesday. This is not a big issue. Of greater concern is that I am receiving emails when, at no stage, did I request any contact.

I have been waiting WEEKS for delivery. I will never order from here again sole because of the delivery problems. I can't have my girlfriend rate the product because we NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!

I regret to say how very disappointed I was with the corset when it was delivered. It appears to have been made in a hurry, and whilst the waist tape on one side is straight and even, the other side is completely bent, and sewn into an "S" shape. The two "waists" do not meet, and there is approximately 1" difference (the bottom of the "s" tape just meets the top of the good tape). This results on the corset, when used for waist training, and tight laced, sitting very awkwardly and very uncomfortably, leading to unreasonable pain (I have tight laced before, and am quite familiar with how a tight laced corset should sit.). Regrettably, I had worn the corset for a day before I worked out the problem, and therefore cannot return it. I am very disappointed, as my other Vollers corsets are excellent, and I chose the brand specifically because I know they (should) fit me well). Dear Jay, We never want to see a unhappy customer and we would love to resolve this. Could you please send the corset back to us and of course we will pay for delivery and send you a new corset as well as discussing which corset would be best for you.
