I recently ordered 2 Adirondack chairs from VonHaus which arrived within a week. Unfortunately, one of them had a manufacturing fault which I reported immediately. VonHaus offered to replace the chair at no cost and the replacement was despatched to me within days. I have been very impressed with the customer service and the speed with which this problem was sorted out.
