“I ordered a Honeywell TR50 with a display talking with your sales. I received the TR50N, which does not have a display. Immediately, I asked for an RMA to exchange/replace the unit with the correct TR50-D. Surprisingly, instead, I received a refund -20% for the restocking charge! Do you know if anybody in your company reads customer support emails? I am very disappointed now I have to pay over $150 extra for your mistake!”
