“regarding a recent visit to your retail store located at Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah. While my online shopping experiences with your brand have always been excellent and your return process is seamless, my recent in-store experience was incredibly disappointing. During my visit, I was the only customer in the store. Despite this, the female sales associates completely ignored me. I felt judged and as though they assumed I could not afford to shop there. This judgmental attitude almost ruined my desire to make a purchase. Fortunately, a male employee stepped in, showed great customer service, and helped me with a fitting room. While I appreciate his kindness, the overall negative behavior of the rest of the staff was unacceptable. No customer should feel ignored or judged based on assumptions. Because of this experience, I will no longer shop at your Fashion Place retail location. I plan to restrict my future purchases strictly to your online store. I hope you will address this with the store management team to ensure other customers are treated with equal respect.”

“Absolutely my favorite fabrics to wear. And the fit and construction is wonderful. Your policy of exchanging something that no longer fits for the correct size is what truly won me over. Last year I bought about a dozen pieces that no longer fit, as I lost weight. NO PROB! Your sales team exchange them for the identical item in a smaller size without batting an eye. Way ta go.”
