This was a very, very frustrating order. I originally placed an order for myself and gifts for my wife on Mother’s Day. A day before my order arrived, my wife hinted that the Vuori tote for Mother’s Day would be nice. I contacted customer service and was told it was “against company policy” to ship the tote after an order has been placed. So, instead I returned the full order and placed the exact same order to receive the tote. Then I was shipped someone else’s order. I contacted customer service again, I didn’t get a response back until after mother days. And THEN by that time one of the gifts for my wife was out of stock. So the end result, was multiple orders, multiple returns, extra shipping, restocking, a disappointed spouse and lost revenue all due to “company policy”. I have been buying Vuori since it was only available at REI. I loved the brand and have spent thousands with the company. This was incredibly frustrating and really disappointing from a brand that I have really liked for a very long time. I know these feedback forms often go nowhere but I’m highly confident it would not meet Vuori’s expectations and a clear example of what happens when formalities/policies get in the way of customer experience. Vuori is decidedly a different company than it was 10 years ago.

I bought $500 worth of stuff and had to steam everything when I got home. Everything in the store was wrinkled like it was just pulled out of a box and hung up. Never experienced that before. I love your clothes so bought anyway but what a bummer!!!

There was something incorrect in my order address and Vuori refused help of any kind. Very disappointing to see them take my money and then not care at all about what happened after. Will not be planning any future purchases, plan to take my business to Alo and Lululemon.

Clothes are nice but for the money you pay, I would expect better customer service. And even below you ask how I communicated but are any of those really options? Email and telephone? I waited hours until the contact us form showed up and Im still waiting for a reply.

Terrible customer service policies - after the order has been placed, Vuori was zero help to me with an order. Feels very much like they will take your money and run with it, leaving no recourse. I will not be recommending to anyone.

Going to return. Was all wrinkled so I washed it on a quick delicate cycle. Came out with discolorations. White shirt ruined. Should not happen.

The tracking information that I received was incorrect to start. I had a difficult time reaching anyone in customer support as there was only an AI assistant who told me that my order could not be found. It took several days to discuss my issue with a real custormer support person. The clothing that I received was not as described- I ordered the t-shirts that were describes as tall, bit they were not tall. Crew neck sweatshirt was substandard quality for price. All items overpriced. I was very unhappy and sent everything back.
