Product(s) were great!! Love Vuori. Shipping was poor. I understand it is the holidays, but I ordered on 12/6 and used and pod for “fastest” shipping. Did not receive until 12/13. Perhaps more communication is in order on front end. Your website states 1-2 from 1st business day.

Vest was so cropped it looks Like a child’s size. No long leggings in the evergreen color. Ordered other pants in evergreen to match evergreen vest and they are very different colors. Expected so Much better for the price. Will Not order again.

I purchased a pair of pants which then were canceled because they were no longer in inventory. So I then purchased the same pant in a different length and the price had gone up. I worked with customer service, but they refused to honor the price I had originally purchased them at and said there was nothing they could do. I’ve worked in retail so I know accommodations can be can be made when needed.

I received someone else’s order and haven’t heard how any of it will be resolved and now I won’t have those gifts for my husband for Christmas.Very poor customer service.Maybe I’ll at least get a refund since I never got my order.

I have purchased your collections for years. And the service in the store was terrific. However, when I in line checking out, I heard an associate offering a new customer a 20% discount off their first order. I have been a very loyal customer and for a new customer who was offered that but a customer who has been purchasing your clothes for years just doesn’t seem right. My email is maxbrooke@yahoo.com

I was to get a tote with my purchase of over an amount. I bought 2 items and surpassed the required amount but never received my tote. I've already reached out to Vuori. There has been no response from them. So disappointed.

Sadly Vuori, has dropped the ball, this season, so much so that I am choosing to no longer shop with you. 1. I ordered specifically Black Friday weekend to get the free bag included with purchase and I didn’t receive it. 2. I am a yoga figure in the Phoenix area, and you have chosen to not renew my V1 status - I reached out by email resending all my stats and requirements - proving to you I have everything - and no response. Sadly, Vuori - you aren’t that special, when I choose to buy a $100 pair of shorts - you are no longer worth it. I plan to take my money else where and I plan to let my large yoga community know as well - hello ALO, Lululemon, Athleta, beyond yoga, etc, peace out Vuori

Product got lost, didn’t accommodate any considerations for inconvenience including repurchase to include holiday gift. Very disappointed. Missed taking clothes to my travel as delivery happened after I left,

I placed my first order about two weeks ago. When I receive the package, one of the items was missing. I reported it six days ago and still have not resolved the issue. I am not a fan of this customer service at all and will probably not do business again here.

The mocha brown collared shirt I received had a loose thread that is a result of a stitching issue, directly in the front of the shirt. I have not even washed the shirt yet. I can send a picture if necessary.
