“the products are good but i paid 15$ for two business days delivery and it got delivered in 4 business days, it was a present for a birthday but it didn’t arrive on time. I ordered it on a Thursday so 2 business days is on monday, but it got delivered on wednesday.”

“Delivery was guaranteed by Mother's Day. Came three days after. You had more than enough time to deliver and your Email even stated that would be delivered by Mother's Day. Thank goodness her gifts from Alo showed up on time or she would have had nothing for Mother's Day.”

“The logistics and shipping process was a nightmare and not as advertised. I ordered a mothers day gift on the website weeks in advance. The site and support agent guaranteed delivery by mothers day. After following up several times when I didnt receive any shipping updates, I was assured by an agent that the order would be received in time for mothers day. The Friday before I was told the order was delayed. Very poor process and communication with not much respect or goodwill for customers.”

“The lemongrass color in itself was little different than I expected, more green with a teeeny hint of yellow. But they actually were fully see through. I had read the reviews that said that but I did ask an employee and they said no they weren’t so I gave it a whirl and ordered. I sent them back the next day! Also fit a little differently than the all the feels leggings. They were a little tighter feeling being the same size as all my other leggings from here.”

“I was a first time user and I was offered a 20% discount. I ordered, got the discount, but the item did not fit- too small. Through the chat I asked if will still receive the discount after returning the item and ordering the correct size, and the answer was no.”

“Love your clothing but shipping through USPS is a big problem. Always delays with no accountability. Last order took almost 3 weeks to get, while that’s not the fault of Vuori your company needs to partner with a better shipping vendor”
