“Ordered product that was never delivered. Customer service recognized this and reordered product with expedited shipping but I never received the product in time for my needs.”

“I ordered a new ponto performance tee in XXL which I already own 3 of the same shirt in the same size. When the shirt arrived it was noticibly smaller then my other shirts and did not fit at all, I had to drive to the store to return to see if the sizing of the shirts had changed. They assured me that they had not but, the shirt that was sent to me was over an inch smaller in the width and over an inch smaller in length. Disappointing.”

“You offer free shipping & send it thru USPS. Takes about 10 days… & then if it has to be returned…same thing. Also, if u ever have a question on a product via email, you get something back AI generated. What happened to any personalized service? With the prices one pays, you would think u are getting something - other than a personal message back after this review. Oh, that will be AI generated as well. Done with Vuori.”

“I placed an order and paid for it to be rushed since it was a birthday gift and the package did not arrive on time. Once I received the package one item (shorts) had a big snag on them.”

“I love vuori- have purchased thousands of dollars in product. The seams and overall quality has gone down significantly in the past year. I’ve lost two zippers on my dream knit hoodies, and my daily leggings seams are all ripped. For the prices- the quality has not held up comparing to other athletic brands.”

“Very disappointed. I ordered a shirt and jumper. The shirt was canceled out of my order days after it my order was approved because they were apparently “out of stock.” But they didn’t give me any heads up that I would not be receiving it. Then, when I received my jumper they forgot to put padding in the built in bra. I reached out and online customer service told me that upon investigation, my jumper “doesn’t come with padding” BUT when I returned it to the store the employees told me it should have come with padding. Then when I reordered it- my new one came with padding… so the online customer service lied to me. I am frustrated”

“It’s always hard to fine my size. Prices have gotten exorbitant and my last few orders have been seriously delayed… I am just not impressed anymore. Vuori had awesome service in the beginning… now it’s gone.”

“You all sent the Wrong Size, I ordered a L and you all sent a XXL. I contacted you all about returning for the correct size, 24hrs plus after reaching out you all followed up, by sending me a email to jump through a bunch of hoops to return a item that you all screwed up in send. Then fighting with me about your mid”

“I sent an email regarding my order having been wrong - I received a pair of shorts instead of some of the T shirts I had ordered. Sent a photo and email and still haven’t been contacted by customer service. Pretty dissatisfied.”

“I had to exchange the shorts that I purchased due to inconsistent sizing of clothing. The size guides are not always accurate. Then, I received an email stating Vuori had received my returned merchandise and I received a refund for my original purchase. The funds have not been received. I will be calling Monday to see where the problem lies.”
