“I didn’t receive this item in time for Christmas even though I ordered it 15 days before. For the amount of money you charge for your clothing, you should offer a better delivery option. USPS is then worst. I won’t be ordering from you again.”

“Not happy with how Vuori handles delivery and such. I had missing items from package during the Christmas seasons and now I ordered an apart that was supposed to be delivered today and getting another notification of delay shipping. Unacceptable”

“Had purchsed for my wife. she went to exchange for different color in store. Sales stff looked up receipt and still hassled her about the return making her return to my credit card and then repurchse. The receipt was proof of my purchse why the hassle. Never vuori again.”

“I was so excited you brought the red back. I purchased the red hoodie. Just washed it today and it came it out with giant, black blotches all over it. As if there was an ink, alarm tag that exploded. Thankfully none of my other clothes in the wash were impacted, but now I'm left without a sweatshirt! Frustrated!”

“I purchased the halo wideleg pants in XS long, like I have purchased several times before. They are at least an inch shorter than my other pairs and the right leg seems shorter than the left. I am trying to wear them lower on my waist, so they don't look awkward, but now I am wishing I would not have taken off the tag, as I should have returned them. This was a favorite pant of mine, and now I don't know about the quality control and I am hesistant to order again. I don't know if Vuori has a return policy if the tag is off, but the construction is not satisfactory to the customer. I know this brand has become popular and they must be producing these pants in massive quantities, but to be significantly different / shorter than the same exact pant purchased in the past is disappointing.”

“I bought a pair of pants for my boyfriend for his birthday using a coupon. They were too small. I wanted to order a larger size for the same price but was told the coupon was a one time use. Disappointing as I only ordered them because I had a coupon. I order lots of Vuori but will rethink it as this incident.”
