I ordered a jacket for my partner. I had heard this is a good brand, so I was surprised that the jacket was missing a button, and it's one of those snap-on ones that I can't easily fix.

I am an instructor at Harvard McLean as well as corporate engagements for Mindfulness and Yoga...under the premise of stress reduction. I do studies on my programs. And somehow I do not qualify for the discount program b/c i do not teach at a gym? Disappointing. Corporate is where people need this, as well as the gym. I do not have a gym schedule but have done his for 20 years.

My online purchase was returned to center. I don’t know the reason and now I can’t find that item online it’s sold out even though I spent many many phone calls on time over the phone. Nobody was able to help me and they said they would get in touch with me, but they never did. Upset upset upset

It was ordered in time to arrive for Thursday I was unable to swap and item before I placed the order despite asking support. It is arriving Saturday late as I’m boarding a flight home. It was a gift from my daughter for helping with a newborn and two year old. She helped me fall in love with your clothing line. I even want to the post office last night to try and get it and they refused to help. I only come back end of January. I’m so deeply disappointed and now I don’t have it and have an item I’d have rather swapped out for something more expensive Deeply disappointing.

At the store my wife asked for two meta pants regular fit 30" waste x 32" The sales associate grabbed the two correct colors but with a 32" waste. We now have to wait until we are back in Southern California in two weeks to exchange them.

They sent me the wrong color it was supposed to be blue haze not gray heather. I all ready have the blue haze sweatshirt so I need them to send the sweatpants in a blue haze

Receive the outfit and loved it. It fit well and felt so comfortable. I washed and dried it as per the instructions and the brawl top completely melted and burned in the dryer.

The wrong address was on my shipment. I let customer service know immediately and before shipped. They would not change the address. The packages shipped to the wrong place and now headed back to Vuori. So I still do not have what I ordered. I am disgusted with lost confidence and appreciation for Vuori.
