Hi Vuori Team, I am writing to share my frustration regarding your price match policy. I purchased a jacket on 4/24, only to see a 15% Mother's Day discount shortly after. I visited my local store hoping for a simple price adjustment. While the staff verified my purchase in your system, I was told that because you have no price match policy, the only way to get the discount is to physically bring the jacket back for a return and repurchase.

I love your brand but can't buy the workout tops because they're too short. I don't like showing my midriff. It would be GREAT if you offered those tops in two different lengths.

I was extremely happy with the Ecru Halo Medium Long pants that I bought, so I ordered a second pair in Black, same size. The Blacks ones were an inch shorter than the Ecru pair. Because I'm tall, I had to return the Black pair because they were too short.

The paper packaging of both jumpsuits was torn and the tape adhesive was wide open. Both medium and small packaging looked used and tattered! VERY disappointing.

I've purchased MANY items and now scaling back. I find them too costly. And I don't like having to take a store credit instead of crediting back to my card regardless of time or any other reason.

Razorback shirt, totally the worst ever don’t care for huge arm holes it doesn’t even look good over my sports bra. I don’t care for how short it fits either

I love vuori products but I have not had great experiences at my local store. Most of the time I am ignored by staff, more interested in talking about their plans for the weekend than helping their customers. There’s one person that works there, I believe her name is Stephanie and she’s incredibly rude. I’ll try to avoid shopping in person and would rather purchase online than dealing with the staff in the store.

I love your sweats …. I have them in every color BUT the tennis line needs a major make over . The tops need to move with the player , the skirts are not flattering.

have have been less satisfied with the quality of the clothing lately. the energy tips changed, lux tank, villa, everything. it seems the quality, cut or size has changed as well. i’m glad a store opened but they don’t carry the vastness that online does. i’ll definitely be buying less, every time is a fail. your boxes are almost always damaged in delivery with tape ripped.

I love my Vuori clothes! The 2 stars is for the Woodlands, Texas store that I recently visited. This is my second time in the store and both times were not good. On this recent visit (which is the same thing that happened the first time) my husband and I walked in, there were 2 ladies (one which was the manager Dez, I later found out) standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves and scrolling on their phones. They didn't look up to even say hello, welcome in, let us know if you need anything. I proceeded to look for what I needed and headed to the dressing room. As I walked past the ladies, neither one said a word to us. I made a comment to my husband, "I wonder if they have self checkout as well since we aren't even being acknowledged." After Dez heard my comment she then came into the dressing room to see if I needed any help. We tried to explain to her how we felt. She let us know that she is not that kind of person that asks people if they need help and welcomes them. She should not be in this business! I had 2 shorts to exchange and she did help with that. She got better after we voiced our dissappointment in her store. I shop often at the Del Mar Vuori store and they are always so attentive and helpful. I have to drive 30 minutes in Houston to get to a Vuori store and I shouldn't be treated this way.

It would be nice is you designed clothing more for a women instead of teenage girls. They are more into Alo than Vuori. Your losing customers with money that cannot wear the provocative clothing that you are designing! You do a great job designing men's clothing!

Ordered shorts online. Arrived crumpled and creased, and not even washing removes the creases. Also, their "seed" color option doesn't match at all to the vibrant light lemon hue in real life. Their Customer Service is great, but who doesn't have the excellent service at this price level! They were quick to ask me to return them but not going to return washed items. Will keep for dog walks! So, hence the two-star review. It's kinda - meh!

Staff at the store are a bit dismissive. I’m not their maker at 66 but I am fit and bought tights, top and socks but they could have cared less. Likely won’t return.
