“I do love the brand and the items I currently have - some I have had for over 5 years. But the ordering experience overall and especially when you receive a discount is disappointing. Especially when you receive an item that has quality issues. I was told that I couldn't be helped over the phone, which means waiting for days for a response. Then to require all the photos and information via a form - that takes time. To then receive a response that is less than ideal (just wash the item, it'll be fine). No, I sent it back and now my discount is gone. No, not ordering again at full price. For the past few years the quality has definitely declined. For margins? You are losing customers. For instance, I bought a Strato Tech Tee 3 years ago and actually am wearing it at this moment. Still soft and no flaws. I purchased one for my son a few months back and after 2 wears, it was horribly pilled. How do I trust to purchase when the quality issues continue and the response is is not about an investment in happiness. Bottom line - I'd return less if your sizing were consistent and quality were better. Vuori has the opportunity to excel past Lululemon in my opinion but you have to focus on quality - why I originally fell in love with the brand.”

“I love the Clean Elevation Leggings, but they consistently wear poorly by the inner thigh area about a year after I buy them. I’ve replaced countless pairs, so this is my last time trying them out to see if they have improved. These leggings are super soft but far too expensive to have to replace every year.”

“I find the latest styles lacking. The overly cropped tops are not appealing. I wanted the low rises flares and they’re too short and are not offered in longer lengths. Don’t go the way of Lululemon by appealing only to those under the age of thirty.”

“I ordered a tennis dress. There were two problems with the tennis dress. One, the cut on the top came in so far that it would not cover a racerback sports bra. The tennis dress looked terrible with a sports bra underneath because the sports bra stuck out much farther than the seam of the dress near the shoulder strap area. Two, the shorts were "built-in" rather than detachable. When playing tennis, bathroom breaks need to be easy and fast. The shorts being "built-in" mean the entire dress has to come off to use the bathroom. Not convenient when playing tennis.”

“The shorts fit very large. I had to place three different orders, going down in size each time. My first order was my normal size 32. What I did not know was that after the second order I forfeited my first time buyer discount. Additionally, it takes an abnormally long time to receive and returns orders.”
