Everything ended up working out but not a smooth process. I was doing a return and buying new items. I had my receipt. Instead of crediting back my credit card, the sales gal gave me gaudy card which then had a remaining balance on it. I didn’t want a gift card. They ended up being able to put the balance back in my credit card but it took a few days. She should have just credited back my card from the start. Annoying.

I was honestly disappointed with Vuori, especially given the price point and the hype around the brand. After only a short period of regular wear and normal washing, the color faded noticeably, making the item look worn far sooner than expected. Beyond the fading, the fabric lacks structure and support. Instead of holding its shape, it stretches out and looks sloppy, which is frustrating for a brand that markets itself as premium and performance-focused. For the cost, I expected better durability, color retention, and overall construction. Unfortunately, Vuori did not deliver on any of those fronts, and I wouldn’t repurchase based on this experience.

Your purchasing, return, exchange software needs updating. No changes after you click purchase online, exchanged in store and there was no simple “exchange” they had to refund and then manager approval to adjust pricing to match the original purchase price - didn’t even balance correctly. So complicated and a poor customer experience. Love the clothes but will hesitate to purchase online,

Love the pants. However, I did not find out that you cancelled half of my order until it arrived and it was a gift, a gift that was incomplete when given. Very disappointing. Wasn’t even given the option to have it sent later or change to something else. Terrible.

Their men’s pants are not long enough. Anyone 6’2” and over cannot wear. Would order a lot more if you had a 37” inseam like lululemon.

After purchasing another 4 pairs of all my feels leggings I have confirmed they don’t stay up and continuously roll down. Such a bummer considering how soft the fabric is…

I specifically added items to my cart in order to reach the minimum for the holiday tote bag. I saw the tote in my cart before I checked out, but it was not included in my confirmation email and did not arrive. Upon reaching out to customer service, it seems as if the promotion I used somehow negated the tote, as the total went down. I'm not sure if that was the reason, but it was disappointing and the only response I recieved was basically a snarky "oh well, they're sold out now". I guess I'll stick to REI next time.

I wrote an email about how bad the packaging was. And there was some random picture frames in my box as well. Half of the packaging was ripped. I’m was told someone would contact me in 48 hours and it never happened

The pants were ill fitting and too tight around the bellly area. For mamas who have had children it would be nice to have a more relaxed fit. It wasn’t really worth the price, either. Tommy John makes a similar quality product for half the price.
