“After purchasing the item I realized I had sent the item to me and not the recipient within minutes I contacted customer service and they flatly stated they could not help me correct the address.. that is not great customer service”

“Biggest issue is the return system they use. It's antiquated and doesn't allow for exchanges like most online retailers. I missed out on the ONE shirt I wanted from Vuori (size was too large and the return process took forever) Idue to this and it's incredibly frustrating.”

“I submitted my order based on an offer to receive 20% off if I submitted my email address. The order form was not clear, and I failed to enter alny code (which I don't think was sent). Anyway, I never go the 20% off; when I contacted vuori immediately after submitting the order, I was told it was too late, and that I could return the item if I wanted to. Very clumsy and rigid ordering system.”

“Quality of fabric is too stretchy. Also the last time I ordered the same sweater it was different fabric and didn’t have a zipper on the hip for storing stuff. The fit is becoming very specific”

“I ordered women's tights and received men's pants. Contacted support. They sent me a return label. I told them it was for a birthday present and wanted them to send me what I ordered and paid for. They said to return the wrong product and then gave me an option for the product or a refund. I eventually got what I ordered, but it sure felt like they cared more about getting their product back than about giving actual customer service. After all, it was their mistake.”

“Well, I tried to use a 20% off coupon and it had expired so they said I couldn't use it which is fine but I bought almost $300 worth of stuff and then like two days later I got another 20% off coupon so I'm a little frustrated that you said no and then sent me one like a couple days later, love the good self, but frustrated with that customer service, which was not very kind or thinking of the customer”

“sadly the new wide leg Halo are so wide its like pajama pants. I have three pairs of the older style but my size was gone so I tried the new ones. Not a fan and sent them back. I wear the others everywhere but would never wear the wide leg in public.”
