“Hello, this is my second pair and I really do love these pants. However, upon the first wash, the string got stuck in my washing machine (I can share pictures) removing the metal cap off one string. I never had issues washing my first pair. Now, before they've been worn, this pair is sadly ruined.”

“I was super stoked to receive my Copenhagen set. When it arrived, the package was torn and items were damaged, so I sent it back within 1 hour of receiving it. I called to see about just having an exchange of the exact items sent, rather than a refund, to ensure it was still available. I was then told that the stock was getting low and I would have to wait for refund and then place new order, which meant it would probably not be available in stock at that time. Rather than the order simply being replaced and sent, even though they could see return was on its way and you already had received full payment, I am just without it and had ordered it for an event. Was hopeful for a better outcome.”

“I typically like your products, but my recent experience could have been better. First, your website popped up a window offering me 20% discount on my order if I shared my e-mail address. I did share my e-mail address and in anticipation of the discount, I ordered six shirts total, vs. the two or so I had planned on. When I checked out, there was no discount to be found. I ordered all the shirts anyway, but was feeling a bit put out by the bait and switch tactic. Then when the product arrived, I found the material to be so thin that it's semi transparent when held up, and when I put one of the shirts on, my nipples were fairly visible underneath the too-thin fabric. NOT the kind of shirt I can wear for work, or any place else for that matter. So am returning the shirts and reconsidering my options.”

“The quality of the leggings has gone down significantly. It has not been the same since Vuori launched. I had originally bought the AllTheForm leggings in light mist and the leggings were completely see through. This should not be the case with $98 dollar leggings. I buy lululemon leggings in light colors and they are always double lined and never see through.”

“We were ignored in the store. Went to dressing room and had a very rude attendant that gave me a look and didn’t say a word. Then went to register to pay and both ladies were talking for a few minutes before assisting. Should have walked out.”

“I purchased a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife on a Tuesday and paid for 2 day expedited to make sure it arrived on Friday. I never received any updates with a delay, and on Friday I called for an update and I was told it hasn’t shipped yet. I didn’t receive the order until the following Tuesday. They refunded the expedited shipping and applied 20% off after I requested it, but I was still extremely disappointed with the mess up.”

“Unfortunately these yoga pants slide down while I’m walking. I bought my normal size— I did try the size down and it also had a similar problem. I think the waistband needs to be higher and slightly more compression.”
