Order a sweatpant and received a jogger. Ordered a different style to swap it out and it’s been stuck in preparing to shop for over a week.

Hoodie and sweats are the same color when selecting online however when received they are not an exact match. Dissapointing.

Hi there. My experience at the store was great, but I’ve owned a lot of Viori clothing and after the very first wash on delicate and lined dry, I found some pilling. Unfortunately It makes me question if the quality of the materials has gone down and is sad that these pants won’t be getting the longevity like my other Vuori pants have.

Vuori needs to make petite cuts. Even the smallest size pant is ridiculously oversized! Love your product but sadly the quality has changed!

The package never arrived and while customer service did respond in a timely manner, That was 3 days ago after I recieved a, " Package was delivered,' email but I checked with neighbors and around my yard and it has yet ao appear. Customer service did say that sometimes they state they delivered tbe package when they actually didnt to meet delivery goals. I told customer service ti send to our primary home address which is listed below as we live here in Florida only part time.

Although your customer service is excellent, your shipping time is horrendous. It has caused me so much stress, and I have had to go to extremes to get what I need on time before I leave for a big trip. I was planning to buy Vuori for my family for Christmas, but I don't trust that whatever I buy for them would reach them on time. That's a shame.

I purchased the wide legged pants and jacket in the heather navy color. I was shocked to look up my order today and find that you have shipped the jacket but canceled the pants because they are out of stock. The only reason I purchased the jacket was to wear with the matching pants which have been out of stock in navy so I was thrilled to find I could order them. I already have the Evergreen and Black sets which I love. I hate to write a negative reveiw to you didn't even notify me that you had canceled the pants! I have not yet received the jacket but it is supposed to arrive this week. Overall shipping time has always been good.

I purchased a Strato Tech Tee in the past and enjoyed the fit and touch of the shirt; however, my most recent purchase of the same shirt resulted in a new version that did not meet my expectations. The feel and strength of the shirt was reduced as it feels much thinner now. Also, the length of the shirt was increased which makes the look too baggy and not polished.

Item that was in stock at time of purchase became out of stock once it came time to ship items. I got my money back, but it was still an inconvenience for me as a customer . I would think a large scale company like vuori would have a more sophisticated coding for inventory so that customers are not blindsided by “out of stock” items after purchase. I was also hoping to join the fitness instructor discount program, however vuori does not recognize physical therapists as fitness instructors. Hoping you guys would consider expanding the program to physical therapists, as our entire job consists of training individuals in fitness and recovery.

Nothing fit me well; too large…..even went to a local store to possibly exchange and size down but still didn’t fit well. Just not cut well for my slim 5’ 8” frame.

Vuori has the worst return and exchange policy. If you want to exchange an item, you first have to return that item, Vuori then processes it, then emails you an for another promo code/birthday code to re-order in a different size. Regardless of having a special code or not, it’s not like you can just call them up and reorder the size you need, while returning the other, making for a smooth process. Vuori needs to get with the times of other retailers such as JCrew, Tommy Bahama, Nordstrom, and Tory Burch.

Bought a pair of shorts, size large but salesperson put wrong size in bag. Had to return it in person, couldn’t be sent with return label as all other major retailers do. Very inconvenient, especially when it’s company error.

Runs small so did not fit! Material nice so disappointing that sizing was not similar to UNDER ARMOUR, HART, SCHNERNET& MARX, TOMMY HAMAMA , and others.

Prior to receiving this survey, I have previously sent feedback about my recent order experience but got no reply. The dissatisfaction originated when I went to a store for an exchange of a pair of pants due to unfit size and the associates were super helpful explaining they didn't have the right size in stock at the shop but assisted me by returning the pants and reordering a new pants shipped to me which was very much appreciated. However, after waiting for a week and the shipment address is also in CA at San Francisco, I received an email indicating due to systemic malfunction, my order was no longer available and a credit refund was issued. I wanted the pants and not after the refund. Anyhow I put that behind me and placed a new online order for a running tank top and a small shoulder green bag also shipping to same San Francisco address on around Oct 10 thinking I was receive it in a few days before my overseas departure on Oct 20 and I was planning on wearing the Vuori tank top for a 10K run. Unfortunately, in tracking the order, I could see the shipment was distributed out of San Diego and shipped by USPS and the delivery date kept delaying at the last minute from 5 days to 7 days to 10 days which was disappointing and it eventually arrived after my departure on Oct 21. To date, the items are still left in SF and I will have to see if I can ask someone to bring them to me in Hong Kong since I won't return to the Bay Area for a few months. Had I known ahead of time a simple shipment would take 10 days for a regional order, I would have gone to a store to buy them. I find such long delivery time unreasonable at this state in age especially when my previous Vuori experience for 6 shorts and 1 pair of pants shipped to Hong Kong took similar amount of time. I am hesitating now about ordering online as I was interested in some other sport items but not sure I want to go through the frustration again. I hope this feedback is shared and brought to the attention of managerial personnel.
