“First time shopping at Vuori, won't be back. Grabbed a shirt; no one asked to help me find anything until I was walking to the check-out. There were probably 7 staff in an empty store, and no one spoke to me because they were talking to each other and on their phones. WILD. I did want help and support in finding something specific. Not to be rude, but Lululemon would never.”

“Quality not worth the price point. The shorts super thin and not even lined-would have made them feel better. They run big-i used the find my size tool and it told me to get large. I ordered the medium and they’re too loose. I could have gone down a size. The colors are great.”

“I thought I’d love the set but I was surprised how poor quality it was for the price. It was incredibly thin and the leggings dis not stay up. The top was nicer than the leggings but I wanted a set, and for the price, I decided to send it back and invest in a workout set from a different company.”

“Going online and ordering was not the issue that was pretty simple however, after I got my order confirmation, you then also sent a tracking number for my delivery. According to the tracking it shipped out the next day after I placed the order. I was extremely happy thinking it would arrive before the birthday that it was intended for. The delivery was supposed to deliver according to the information seven days later it took 13 days later, which was very disappointing because it missed the birthday that it was intended for. I will never order online again and I will never use your shipping.”

“I returned two items for a different sizes and they did not have one of them so they put the balance on a gift card. Instead of paying it with a gift card they charged my credit card again and then re-ordered it another time so I have two skirts instead of one come to find out both colors. Do not match the jacket so I sent them back that took approximately two hours!”

“I love vuori, but the tags on the inside of tank tops are a problem. They are terribly irritating and cutting them out leaves holes in the tank. Lululemon tags are easy to tear off. Pls”

“I bought some leggings that I really like the fit and length, however they came in bad condition. They have these white lines all over the pants that I'm not sure what exactly they are. I'm a bit disappointed because I was excited to wear them but will be returning them.”

“I have made several purchases recently. I went to the store to try to find the same pant and top that I love from the past. I was told that the boyfriend pant is the same as the one I had on. So I bought it in two sizes. I finally have laid it on top of my old pair because it just doesn’t look the same and the crotch area is in a completely different place on the two pair I bought and they are much less flattering. I also wanted to re-buy the shirt that I love but apparently that one has changed a lot too. I bought a zip sweatshirt qt the store and then online i bought two tanks to go with these pants that I actually don’t feel like I look good in so it’s been a pretty big purchase for outfits that are not flattering. I don’t know if they would ever consider a refund or gift card for some of this. I have not asked for any refund since tags off. Jane Blount 512-576-9899”
