I always buy a medium in my vuori shorts, but this pair came and was way too small. Now I have to figure out how to return them, which I hate doing.

This was a gift from my daughter, and the size was too large. I exchanged for one size smaller, and found it too small. So, my daughter, the original purchaser, took the item to a Vuori store, perfectly brand new condition, with tags, and was told she could only get store credit. They stated this was because I exchanged the item for a gift certificate. Perhaps this is a system limitation on your end. Never make YOUR problem the customer’s problem. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers acting in good faith. I have purchased Vuori clothing from REI in the past. Because of this maneuver, I am far less likely to ever buy anything more from Vuori.

I paid for the express shipping so that it would get to my house by Friday because I was going on a trip that Saturday. And I wanted to bring my order with me on the trip. The order didn't end up coming until I believe Monday, after I had already left on my trip. I'm not sure why I paid express shipping if it's not gonna get here on the day that it said it will arrive. Extremely frustrating.

The pants were very thin material. Quality doesn’t justify price and I am not opposed to paying for quality.

Ordered item on June 25th with delivery date of June 30. Tracking number assigned. I checked each day as it remained in the same place until June 30th. My arrival was updated to be delivered July 5th. Disappointed. Planned to where it on the 4th.

I’m disappointed that my order (placed 6/24) is taking so long to process/ship. Initially delivery was estimated for 6/28. It’s now estimated for 7/7.

Exchanges are not straightforward. Especially with gift cards. You have to first return and then reorder. Ordered shorts initially, returned due to defective side pocket zipper. Returned waited for return to reach, account credited, and then reordered pants of the same size color and style. Now pants are little too loose. Do not have patience to go through the same process again. Customer support was good, but shipping services used are too slow both ways. Especially in Amazon times. Especially if they do not do conventional exchanges.

I don't totally love them. The pants fit so much different than the Villa storts. I really love the shorts and wished the pants fit the same way. Kinda disappointed. Sizing for Vuori is so different with EVERY piece! It has been frustrating finding styles that work well for my body type and fit well, but I keep trying. Not sure how much longer this will last though.

The strato tech shirts I purchased in a L size were cut noticeably wider and longer than before. (I have 7 other strato tech shirts.). Also the material is noticeably thinner. Vuori didn't announce any changes to the cut or material, so I have to assume there are problems with manufacture. I ended up going with a Medium and the fit is similar to my other L size strato tech tees, albeit a tiny bit smaller. I have been a Vuori customer for over 10 years, before it became popular. This is disappointing. I have experienced similar inconsistencies with Meta pants purchased in the last two years. Some are cut more slim than others despite being all slim fit (before Vuori came out with more fits for Meta pants).

The return policy with gift cards is ridiculous. My stuff takes forever to ship. I wish I’d never even started buying anything from vuori.

I was pretty disappointed in the quality of this tank top. It wasnt typical vuori quality. It looks super cheap and is very poor quality material. I wouldnt recommend.

Very nice clothes. A little expensive? But quality is good. It would be better if it came ups or fedex, as opposed to us mail. The corduroy shorts run a little small.

The material was fine but I was disappointed in the construction and finishing of the pants. At the $100 price tag, a running stitch for elastic casing is really bad.

I want a full refund for the shorts I sent back, unless you send me a new pair. I believe I did everything to avoid wrecking the merchandise, but ultimately cut through the shorts when I open the package.

While the quality is great, the shipping and return process is painful. I'm at 12 days still waiting on them to refund my return. If you are going to sell online, especially high quality goods, then you need a better system for returns.
