“I ordered a Strato Tech polo (M gray silver) and received for Christmas. The collar is already pilling after only a few wears/washes. Very disappointing quality issue given the price. I have purchased a lot of Vuori recently and will be likely moving away from the brand given the cost vs. value. Glad to send pictures.”

“I love everything I’ve ever bought from Vuori so much. I workout all the time & the quality, comfort & function are all amazing. But this most recent pair of leggings doesn’t function very well and it’s sad. They’re soft & I even walked around the store for a big in both the small & medium to really make sure I got the right size. The medium’s slip down so badly that I really can’t wear them to workout. I guess I should have bought a size small but these definitely seemed correct walking around the store. I just didn’t expect them to stretch so dramatically that they wouldn’t stay up at all.”

“Pants are fine but it takes 7-10 days to return something if you buy online. They do not provide pre-paid shipping so customer has to pay for shipping as well.”

“Really disappointed that you aren't making the full length Halo 2 full zip in the new colors. I really dislike cropped tops as I'm older and want to hide my stomach. Please make new colors in the Halo 2, its my favorite. Crop tops are out.”

“I ordered pants and a top both in charcoal black and they did not match. When I went to the store it took 15 minutes for them to return my top instead of just exchanging for the difference because my gift card was confusing them. There needs to be a better way of allowing customers to return for an exchange.”

“The thread near the bottom of my leggings is already coming unraveled after only a few washes on gentle cycle, cold water and air dry. Not sure what to do. As far as the feel and quality of the material and items purchased, I’m thrilled! Love this brand!”
