“I love the sweatshirt that comes with the set the fabric is incredibly soft and feels amazing. The waistband on the sweatpants isn’t my favorite though it feels a bit uncomfortable and the drawstring is bulky.”

“It took me a long time to make a purchase (I usually shop at alo) because the store in Newport Beach does not have anything but regular length pants in stock. I need longer length. Most stores are accommodating and offer to place the order for you while at the store. Not Vuori, or at least not the one in Fashion Island.”

“I have been trying to find a pair of joggers that duplicate the Nike dri-fit I have had for years. The vuoris were nice but I don’t need a pocket on my left thigh (with a zipper). They were also heavy and I found myself (despite having a tied drawstring) constantly yanking the pants up. Just something g simple side pockets and perhaps a back pocket with light weight and tapered at thee ankle.😄 You asked🤗”

“I returned everything except one item and I’ll be honest the quality was not the best but I had a need for it in my wardrobe. Everything was so expensive. My order was over $400 for 5 things and I used a discount code. When the items came they were not the best quality. I have purchased other things from vuori that have held up ok so I will probably take a pause for now and maybe see if other colors come out .”

“I bought a pair of the Meta classic pants for my son as a Christmas present, as well as three other items. I received a first time buyer 20% off. I had to return the pants two times before getting the proper size. The last pair fit perfect, but they would not give me the 20% off, I had to pay approximately 30 more dollars for the same pair of pants that I had initially purchased, because of their rules that they will only give you one exchange at the first time customer rate, I went ahead and purchased the pants at the more expensive price and they were fine, but I am not a happy customer! This company does not allow for exchanges, I've never heard of that before. I even called and asked the customer service if they would extend it one more time and they unapologetically said No. They do not have any brick-and-mortar stores close to where we live, so essentially we have to order it online, sometimes it's hard to get the correct sizing. I probably won't buy their products again, because this seems ridiculous. Also, it took many weeks to get replacement due to product outages😩😩”

“Love the product! My in-store experience was fine but nothing special. With a multi unit purchase, I like to read off the items w color and size as I scan but Michelle didn’t do that and in consequence I have an incorrect size that I need to exchange. I expect more from Vuori as a brand and old orchard as a store.”
