“Loved the material of the top but is too big in armpits. Still decided to keep as I wanted a matching set but was disappointed that will only be able to wear it with a bathing suit top or sports bra. There wasn’t a smaller size option in stock”

“In referring to the store, merchandise is well displayed. But being a mature adult I always find that when in store I become invisible - a super power in some cases to be sure, but not helpful if wanting assistance or suggestions. This is why I prefer to shop Vuori online.”

“I went in for some shorts and found a pair. But honesty I would probably have bought more if the service was better. The sales people were friendly but they are badly in need of sales training. The person that helped me didn't really know the product very well and spoke in one word answers. He wasn't unfriendly but when I go into a store where the product is premium I expect them to show me additional product and I just didn't get that experience. My $90 purchase could have easily been $300-400. The checkout experience was also so so and again the woman who helped me was friendly and asked how I was doing, but no follow up on if I found everything okay, or what I was looking for, or even trying to add on product. Again, I am not complaining at all about the team there. Just providing you some feedback on how the team could build their business better.”

“The customer service has been great. The delivery process has been horrible. When filling out the address to our cabin, the zip code was changed, to an address that was verified? That lead to my package being returned to sender. Customer service reached out, fixed the issue and resent. I still have not received my package due to a sorting issue. Hopefully I will get my order soon, as it has been 3 weeks.”

“The shorts constantly roll up. I usually get a Medium to Large (women’s 8-10), the AI tool on the website recommended large so I got them. The are impossible to run in without rolling up. I wish there was better thigh grip or perhaps I should have grabbed the mediums?”

“I liked the navy pants. The beige twill ones wrinkled too much. Sadly the color of the ones that don’t wrinkle were too yellow. Free shipping is much slower than Lululemon. Oddly I was given a delivery date of 7/10 then it jumped to 7/14 with no explanation only a rude note that I should pay for shipping if I wanted it faster. Disappointing.”

“I was disappointed that one of the two pair of Meta shorts in the same size did not fit. I already have two pairs of 34" Meta shorts that fit well, so was expecting another good fit. One pair was about 3/4 to 1" inch smaller in waist, so sent them back. The process was easy, but still waiting on a credit.”

“The long sizes are really not long especially after a few washes ON COLD and super low heat. I’ve bought these pants every 8 months for over 3 years in hopes they change and each time I buy two… they are never the same length. One is always inevitably short. A shame”

“The material is soft and feels nice on the skin, however I wouldn’t recommend the leggings for working out. The waistband kept folding over making it a bit uncomfortable and unflattering. Also in the lighter colors sweat shows through while working out.”

“This purchase was a little disappointing. I ordered 3 items. One did not fit right which happens. The other came with a stain (a white fleece with a brown stain) and the other is a nice pair of pants that came very wrinkled. Since the fit of the pants was great I planned to just iron them but the care tags says the fabric cannot be ironed. At $118 I don't know how anyone can justify that purchase. I returned all three items.”

“Light Blue tank ‘pilled’ after one wear under a hydration vest. I have purchased other tanks in different colors and worn them under the same vest while running. This has never happened before..
