“The store had very little stock. Such a disappointment. I couldn’t get the matching pants to the top I bought. The sales person was very nice but I was surprised how little stock and sizing that was viable for purchase in the store”

“Love the product! My in-store experience was fine but nothing special. With a multi unit purchase, I like to read off the items w color and size as I scan but Michelle didn’t do that and in consequence I have an incorrect size that I need to exchange. I expect more from Vuori as a brand and old orchard as a store.”

“its difficult to get help in the store. I waited in line for several minutes while the cashier chatted up the customer in front of me . There were several open cash registers with a sales associated just standing by the counter and several other chatting with each other .”

“I really love your products and have always had positive experiences. During my most recent visit, though, I was surprised at checkout to learn that an item I selected had been mislabeled as being on sale (only one color vs the other). In my experience, the marked price is typically honored, so it was uncomfortable to be asked, at a very bus checkout counter, whether I still wanted the item given that the error wasn’t mine. Meanwhile, another employee is furiously tearing off stickers from tags. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the brand and hope future checkout experiences are smoother.”

“The standardization of your sizing is off. I love your clothing. Vuori is my first choice and preferred brand. But waist and length sizes are very different from one pair of pants or shorts to the next. Also, the fit from the waist down to the knee can vary, making it difficult to order online without constantly having to return items. My desire would be to purchase and keep! I bet that is your goal as well!”
