“Can’t find my order because I need to exchange a size!”

“The jacket is cute but not impressed with the zipper and there was an issue with the sleeves. I did exchange it for another extra small that the sleeves were not as long. Shouldn't the sleeves in a size be the same length. I love your clothes but wish you would improve the quality of the zippers in the garments you manufacture.”

“It was my first time purchasing in store. I found a great top and it had a stain on it. I was told they were online returns and they didn’t have anymore. I asked if I could have the clothes shipped to me because I live in PA and we don’t pay tax pm clothing but they didn’t know how to apply that.”

“I paced 4 orders to get a he free tote bag. I only received 3 bags my orders consisted of purchases of 290 each one. I am disappointed I didn’t receive the 4th bag for my 4th daughter. I think if you run out of gift bags you should replace it with something else. I received no explanation nor a replacement. Somewhat disappointing. I visited the store in Del Mar Highlands San Diego and they provided little to no help. Just I’m sorry .. that did not help. I’d like to get some type of gift for my 4th purchase.”

“Sales associate very helpful when purchasing. Got home shirt was damaged. No more in store next day when I went into exchange. Returned whole purchase after I spent so much time the day before trying to find sizes due to the fact nothing filled in on floor!! And associate had to spend so much time getting everything from back! Very disappointed in store!! Wanted outfit cause you finally got a new color in that wasn’t the same old!!! Return easy!! Nothing to exchange for!!!!”

“Quality was disappointing. The holiday gift bags were extraordinarily cheap and not worth the purchase. The overcoat shirt was low quality, with loose threads and very awkward sizing-fit. The joggers, as always were great. Performance joggers continue to be the stand out product in the Vuori product mix”

“Recently just started shopping more often from Vuori, some things are great quality and have no issues, but on other items of clothing, the stitching is coming apart just after a few uses. I am normally an XS/XXS and find myself fitting into XS better. I am 5’2 and 105 pounds. I am a D1 collegiate track and field coach so I wear other brands like lululemon, alo, nike but prefer to wear Vuori to work. Aside from that, no other qualms. Just wish there were more colors in the alpine sweater! I would purchase them all!”
