“Product is great. The shipping process took forever, about 15-16 days to get the product. This is the second time in a row that it took that long. I will not be buying online any longer”

“All of the fabric is always amazing. I wish there were more tops that hit at the waist rather than above my belly button. A sweater or long sleeve with thumb holes would be awesome. The big chunky sweaters that are so cute need side pockets. The skirts and shorts should come in different lengths like the men’s shorts do. The new pleated skirt is super cute but so long! Same with the bike shorts, too long.”

“I was disappointed in my new light joggers that I bought online. I have a pair that have become my favorite, but the new one’s waistband seemed stretched out and was 2 inches wider when I compared. I thought about returning them, but didn’t want go through the hassle. I won’t order again.”

“This was my first time purchasing. I ordered a large size and found I needed to size down. I couldn’t do a quick exchange. I had to return and then “I” had to do the repurchase. When I went to repurchase using my phone, my size in one item was not available. I called back to have customer service check and they confirmed it was not available. However I went upstairs (all in a matter of minutes) and I found it on site using my computer. Very strange! And I was using same item information in all 3 instances! Side note…I really liked the blank pants…on the day I received them, I went to order a 2nd pair and they were out of stock…very frustrating!!! Clothing is very soft and comfortable…and I would have given a much higher rating…”

“I ordered the tee shirt online and the ordering process was fine, but the shirt I received wasn’t what I thought it was. Maybe there are too many shirts offered which are similar / hard to distinguish online? The 4+ vuori shirts I currently to own are my most favorite shirts ever. I thought there was another color of the tee shirts I love but it was different.”

“I am 5’2” and purchased Vuori Villa trousers -Short. I liked the fit except for the length which was very long. And with your no exchange policy it makes it difficult to find the right size and keep any discount you received on my first purchase.”
