“I order from Vuori quite frequently, and until recently my experiences have always been positive. However, the past two orders have been disappointing. One package arrived opened and was missing items. While the issue was resolved quickly, which I appreciated, it was still frustrating. With my most recent order, the package was marked as delivered but never arrived. When I reached out to customer support, I was told I would need to wait four days before any action could be taken in case it appears. Unfortunately, these items were intended as a gift and will now not arrive in time. I’ve never had issues like this before, but it does feel as though the level of care in the customer experience may have declined.”

“I love the material of the halo wide leg pant and have the same pair in black (longs). However this pair was a little disappointing. The material was still just as soft and so comfy but the long was not as long as my other pair. And the sizing has become way off. I original got a small tall as that’s my size and was very tight in the butt and thighs area and was about two inches shorter than it said the pants were supposed to be. I recommend these pants just not for tall people and I recommend sizing up bc they are the sizing was too small. For reference I’m 6 ft and 145 lbs”

“The pants are great; the snap front cardigan has an odd fit - loose arms and waist area but tight on chest (and my chest is quite small) … not incredibly practical or stylish (not sure what the goal is with this piece - style or utility?).”

“This sweatshirt is not anything to complain about, but I truly do not feel its worth the cost at all. There is nothing "special" about it. I think its a bit overpriced for what it is. It is cute though.”

“I'm an athletic person with a pear shape. The Miles pants/joggers fit except the length is rather short and I'm 5' 4". I did keep the pants for golf but returned the joggers.”
