“I liked the pants but the shortest length available was. a 30 so I have to hem them or send them back. Not having more options in shorter lengths is a real oversight.”

“I love the pants and sweatshirt but had to exchange the pants. On the website both pieces were labeled as being light grey but they were actually different shades. I did not know yiu had to but the same collection for the pieces to match colors.”

“My first experience purchasing your clothing online was a bit of a disappointment. Three of the garments were too small when I went through the process of doing the return and exchange option that was not offered. I would’ve preferred an exchange versus a refund.”

“The product is excellent quality but you are so focused on a demographic that can’t even afford it. Pay attention to who’s buying your product. Most are not the 5’9 models you design for. I bought a mens product bc your products just really don’t often meet my needs as a 40 something year a woman who isn’t 59. So when I bought it naturally, it didn’t fit I will have to have it altered and basically designed my own with your fabric get it together 20 something year olds are living with their parents longer and have no money design for your demographic”

“The pants are too long! I am 5 foot 2 and these pants are for a 5 foot 4 woman. I went to your store and they said they had a special short(er) size - it was exactly the size of the pants I bought.”

“Great quality until recent months/2nd half of 2025. Leggings’ seas came undone less than 1 hour of wearing a brand new pair for the first time. I love the fabrics and am a big fan of AllTheForm and Daily Leggings, but would love more if Vuori release more long options for the taller ladies.”

“I was surprised that the Medium in the tank top was so huge on me. I have purchased this before and the Medium fit. I ended up purchasing it from a department store in XS and long. I am very petite and the long was fine. The quality, as always was perfect.”

“Mostly happy but the tag placement in the clothes can be irritating and scratchy even after cutting the tags out. I’m not sure why that’s different now. Also the recommended sizing when entering your measurements is not accurate which causes having to run around to return and then reorder or go to store to purchase.”

“So the vuori patch on the back of the neck of the vest is coming off and is unraveling but I don’t want to send it back and wait for a new one because I am traveling and wanted this for the trip. Can I have one send to me so I can have it replaced by my seamstress. It’s the black V with white background.”
