“Had to return.upsetyou can return via ups. I hadtopay for your return. I AM in a wheelchair and I can't get to the post. At my assisted living facility, we get free UPS pick up daily.”

“I was happy with my recent in-store purchase, however, I only had to go into the store and buy this because my online order was cancelled several days after I placed it due to the shirt being out of stock. Had a similar experience recently where I was quoted 3-5 business days for delivery, only to receive an email from Vuori a couple days later saying you wouldn't be processing any shipping for at least a week. Knowing these things would be helpful prior to placing an order.”

“I came to the store lat kenwood mall in Cincinnati looking for a jacket I saw online, but the store didn't have it. The salesperson was kind enough to check the stock with people in the back, but that process took over 10 minutes. Overall, I love Vuori, so don't take this minor comment as negative, just trying to offer helpful input. I love the duration of your return window, as I buy many gifts a few months in advance.”

“I love the sweatshirt that comes with the set the fabric is incredibly soft and feels amazing. The waistband on the sweatpants isn’t my favorite though it feels a bit uncomfortable and the drawstring is bulky.”
