“The quality of the bag was not at the level that I was expecting for the price. The Vuori stitched logo on the bag looked sloppy and overall the bag appeared very basic in appearance.”

“I love the leggings but find the hoodies and wider leg pants to be too short for me (I'm 5'10"). A tall option on hoodies, shirts and pants would be great.”

“Normally the entire process shopping at Vuori is seamless and I receive my items quickly. This last purchase was disappointing but I was concerned from moment one that something may be off. I placed an order through the Shop app and received a confirmation email but that was it. I eventually contacted customer service after not hearing anything about my order being ready to ship. Thankfully customer support was amazing and my items were delivered. My only other issue with shopping at Vuori online is the consistent lack of stock.”

“Customer service is great but the merchandise was disappointing. I’m used to materials used for Vuori clothing being very soft and comfortable while having a quality, substantial feel. These pants were far from that so I sent them back.”

“Soft, comfortable clothing. I love the look and coziness. However, I am pretty disappointed in the oversized hoodie I purchased only because of the excessive lint that it sheds, even after washing. At the higher end price-point (well over $100), I am surprised it would shed so much lint, which is visible on the shirts worn underneath.”

“I was confused that I was getting the bra and not the sweats. So I ordered the bra again and wasted money on shipping. The way the email tells you what’s shipping was confusing for me. I wasted $10.00 on shipping for an item that was a duplicate. I didn’t get the sweats I wanted and saying due to low stock is annoying. Just say out of stock. Sign up for an email when they’re back in stock. Low stock = you’re not getting them so it’s automatically rating to a person like me. Yes or no purchased or not. The grey area is odd here. IMHO. Love you all tho! Love this company. I remember when your opened your first store. I was one of your first customers. XO”

“Look the pants. Took 6 pair of Meta and Chinos to Europe and it was ll I needed. My wife is unhappy with the 2 new pairs I just ordered though because it is impossible to get the wrinkles out of them where they have been folded for so long. I guess I won't be getting any more. Apparently steaming, washing, and ironing do not work.”

“The return went smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The physical location left much to be desired. The merchandising was very "onesy-twosy" and didn't have much uniformity. It was cluttered and there wasn't an organized feel to the store. The product was labeled as a "Long" but it was still a little too short. You're not quite Lululemon yet.”

“I took a chance ordering items for my wife for Christmas. She is tall at 6'2" so it's difficult to get things in the stores for her. As it turns out, what I purchased either didn't fit to her liking. Overall the experience was great other than we ended up returning the couple items that I had ordered. The purchasing and return processes were satisfactory.”

“First off, the material of the daily joggers is super soft. I am 5'9", long legs, regular torso. I originally ordered medium tall, as that is what I measured out at. They were Huge! Too late to return, so I then ordered a small tall. They fit better but I can roll them over at the top. It would be great if you could just make the legs longer without making the torso so long.”
