“Paid for express shipping. Didn’t receive express shipping as stated. Because I had to reply multiple times to really poorly handled customer service, after spending a fair amount of money on your brand this month, you’ve lost a customer permanently. There are two many choices with companies that provide reasonable support to spend a dime with you again.”

“I placed an online order. Received a message that my items were shipped and then arriving in a few days. A few days passed, then I received notification that something was wrong with my order then a new order was made to replace the original one and should be received soon. After about two weeks I received part of my order and that other items will be shipped later. Then a week later, I sent an email to Vuori stating that I only received a partial order and still waiting for the other item. A couple days later I was informed that the other part of my order was sold out. I was so disappointed because I went in the store to try things on and needed the pants in “short “ length. The store clerk told me that they were available online so I order them. I understand that these things happen but it’s just disappointing especially because I signed up and ordered online to receive my 20% discount. I ended returning the top because I wanted the matching pants to with it.”
