Did not get treated well at all, store employees ignored me and I’ve purchased from vuori before but nobody wanted to help or even ring me up at the register.

Clothing did not fit well, was willing to try a different size, but the exchange process was impossible. Customer service was terrible and the product wasn’t nice enough to continue struggling through the process of getting the right fit. Plenty of other brands offer better products and better service.

Everything is priced extremely high, I wish there were better discounts on items. Love the products but not the price tag.

Customer service at your store in Studio City CA is really bad, cashiers have attitude towards people that aren’t white ! I returned all of my purchases back to to you due to this fact and will get my friends to never shop from your stores

Staff was incompetent and rude. Don’t know what material anything was and said they can’t to exchanges yet the receipt literally said exchange. Every employee in store looked miserable and were just talking about breaks no customer service or greeting. Cashier messed up the transaction, I paid her $2.16 with my credit card to finish the transaction and she wouldn’t let me leave bc she wanted me to pay her cash even though I paid with my card. The. She tells me here - just take it! Wtf I bought it idiot! Literally will never shop there again.

The tag on the leg was barely threaded. I sent an email the day of receipt and have yet to hear anything about my exchange

I was so incredibly disappointed in the down jacket I received. It was truly horrible quality and vuori should be ashamed to have put their logo on it. The fabric was the wrong color completely and so thin that I could see the down filling through the fabric. It also made it easy to see how inconsistent the filling was. There were parts of the jacket where it was just the fabric and thread holding it together, no was it was going to be insulating at all. So disappointing for something that was originally sold for $300

I love the clothes - however it is extremely difficult to return things and I have never heard of not being able to to an exchange. The customer support agent also wasnt able to send me a QR code for one of my returns, meanwhile the other return had one. Since I couldn't do an exchange, the size I needed of course sold out and I am extremely sad as it was a Christmas gift and now I can't even have it.

I still have not received my order and the last email I got was from someone who said that they will get back to me but they listed an incorrect email address. I need to be refunded. I placed the order nearly a month ago.

I went into the store to do an exchange but was charged for items I had never purchased. When I called to have the correction taken care of the vuori rep acted like I had made the mistake and was I was cautioned not to do it again.

The experience in the shop was fine, but they were unable to give me my discount as a Yoga teacher / Yoga therapist. They said the system had changed and I needed to re-apply. I sent in my application along with certificates, but was declined. I have no idea why :(
