The material is too thin for me and they were ill-fitting. I tried to mail back but post office was closed due to Veterans Day. I would like a reimbursement on my card. Thank you!

I placed an order and had wrong shipping address attached to my card. I called immediately and they refused to cancel order and reship. Mind you it hadn’t even been fulfilled. Top 5 worst customer service experiences ever. I returned items unopened and will never purchase from vuori.

Never received the shipment. Offered to let me reorder but only 2 out of 3 items were available. My frustration drove me to cancel the whole order. Bad result for all of us and could have been avoided. Will hinder my desire to place a future order.

I made a return and attempted to reach out prior to and during my returning the items because I no longer possessed the card/account that used for the initial purchase and was told “it should still go to your account” I never received the refund which was approximately $200+ in items. Very upset, will not recommend or purchase from you again.

I purchased my order 6 days ago and it is still waiting shipping. I have reached out twice to get a status update but told to wait. I am surprised because all my orders I have been plased, shipped and received in less time.

Horrible fit. Looks like poorly fitted pajamas. Should have listened to all of the other reviews online for this romper. Very disappointed with the quality of your product and now I have to go through the aggravation of sending it back.

I placed my first order with you on September 11. For the most part, I've been pleased with what I ordered except for one item. I ordered a pair of indigo ripstop pants and they are fading after owning them for a month. This is not the quality I expected. I have Lulu Lemon pants that I've owned for 3 years and none of them has started fading. I think there's a defect in color pant on that material.

The clothing is awesome. But the return process is not good, I sent an item that did not fit back and two weeks later and I still do not have my money back for the return.

I was willing to spend the amount of money charged for a nice t-shirt. Once I received it, I realized I would not buy the t-shirt for any price. Definitely not comfortable as advertised.

I ordered a gift and put a gift card in .rhey asked for the recipient's email which I didn't know and even if I did it is not my place to give someone else's email out. I put mine in instead.when my friend received the gift, there was no gift message in the box,so they had no idea where it came from. I finally asked if they received a gift from me . You need to improve this.

Delivery did not arrive, the product I waited for months on end was no longer in stock, no compensation made, no reply to request for claim number when they said they would investigate the lost parcel. I have never had any problems with the USPS with any other retailers.

I ordered a set --- a green zip up hoodie and sweatpants. The hoodie was sent without letting me know that the sweatpants were sold out. I didn't get a notification until the hoodie had already been sent. I would have cancelled the order if I had known I couldn't get what I ordered. I tried to contact customer service but I kept being handed off by the AI chat bot. It was frustrating carousel of nonsense. When I did get a customer service rep it was just a "sorry sometimes we sell out before the inventory catches up with sales". It is what it is I guess. It was such a bad first impression that I'll just buy elsewhere.

The lady at the Santa Barbara location was unfriendly when I was checking out. Very snooty! She had medium to long hair. Very disappointing when the client services are so bad! It makes the shopping experience a very unpleasant one!
