Hi. I own a pair of your “ short “ pants and they are fabulous. Just ordered a pair of the halo “ short “ and were waaaay too long. Not sure if they were mismarked or lengths have changed. I am also in the fitness industry and applied for discount about a year ago and never heard back. I love the products and hope to continue to shop here. Any info is helpful. Thank you.

Fine product but awful customer service. I purchased almost $400 worth of merchandise and contacted support for a gift receipt for a couple of the items. The support staff was lackluster to say the least. They told me they couldn’t provide what I was asking, which seemed a little silly to me. When I asked for further help/explanation I was given the same copy/paste response as before, they didn’t even read my message. I won’t go into further detail but after about 10 email exchanges I gave up and will be returning the items, super frustrating! This was my first and last Vuori purchase. I’ve always purchased from Lululemon and Alo, who both have great customer service for a very similar price point, so I was shocked to receive such poor customer service for such a seemingly simple request. Bummer because as a native San Diegian I was excited to support a local brand.

Re: Order 7060495 Your customer service sent me my tracking number Friday morning, on Monday morning I asked when will it actually be shipped out because when you send a tracking number to customers, we actually track them. They just sent an email Monday afternoon and it’s now been sent. This is terrible customer service when you send customers the tracking number and wait an entire day, over the weekend, and now Monday afternoon, it still shows UPS has not picked it up. I asked for credit on my priority shipping at $15 or cancel my order. This is terrible customer service.

Your description of sizing was confusing, and as a consequence, I suspected that I may have ordered the "wrong" size. I called you right away, before the order had been filled. The person who answered was worse than unhelpful. She said that if I had made a mistake there was nothing that could be done but return the pants. Indeed the pants were not wearable by me, so I had to go to the trouble of returning them. I have not replaced them and would not use your website again.
