“We have now bought and returned 7 different pair of your mens slacks. They all fit very poorly. My husband is 5'10 and 145 pounds and in good physical shape. THe pants are all baggy in the thigh. Too bad as he wears alot of hyour shirts and loves them. Do most men with a 33 waist have giant thighs? None that I know”

“Pants of less than 1 year old have 2 holes in the knees. Called customer support who offered a 15% discount on pants that were very expensive, which I found offensive. Very poor experience, which will likely end my purchasing of Vuori for myself or my family moving forward.”

“The stores of San Diego have the worst costumer service. I refuse to purchase in person anywhere in San Diego due to how rude the staff CONSISTANTLY is. As a minority, I am never acknowledged when I enter or shop around -I will only shop lululmeon in person where I am actually accepted.”

“The quality and material of the Tee Shirts were not the usual standard for Vuori. Also the tee shirt was decscibed as oversized, but runs small. I'm very disappointed. I'm also disappointed that all of the new Women's tees are cropped. I have some of the older boat neck tees and they are so nice.”

“Used PayPal to purchase someone a gift. They returned it, received a gift receipt with a bar code. I ended up bringing the bar code into a store to shop. Nothing was appealing so I asked for a 200.00 credit back, and I was told we can’t pay back PayPal… kinda lame guys. I use PayPal for on line orders and never had an issue getting credited back to PayPal.”

“T-shirts are pilling badly at the neck and sleeves area because of shaving myself. After only wearing a couple of times this happened. The fabric feels comfortable but other brands with the same type of material hold up longer without any issues.”

“The return process is super inefficient and takes too long to receive refunds. The sizing is off and some of the items were too big or too small. Very frustrating and waste of time energy resources with inaccurate sizing.”

“I wanted to exchange for a different color - I went to your buckhead store and they didn’t have and would not order for me either. They credited the card used to purchase which came at the 20% discount as a first time customer. Now to get the new color I had to pay more than the original purchase. Just awful customer service.”

“My original order never left the warehouse. After contacting customer support a new order was sent. The leggings themselves, were not worth waiting for. They don’t stay up and the length is really short. The jacket I haven’t even worn bc I’m pretty sour over the whole thing.”
