“Well I still haven’t received my order from 10 days ago. I tried calling yesterday and they said I had to give it one more day for you to try to do anything about it. I had a $20 code but couldn’t use it with another coupon. Should have free shipping with lower minimum. Mostly disappointed in lack of diversity in the models but the clothing is pretty nice.”

“Can't comment on items purchased as they were a gift for another person. But I personally would never use your company again. You present discount offers on line that immediately disappear so one can't use the code. This is a big hoax! Then, I contacted you by email 2x and NEVER heard back. A terrrible company that is out to co people.”

“I chose to buy Vuori for the unmatched fabric quality. Their stuff is always so soft and comfortable. I was very disappointed when the items I ordered came. They were typical cotton. They felt like something I could buy at a much lower price.”

“The website makes ordering a gift card too confusing. I ended up with TWO gift cards instead of ONE. I spent TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN I INTENDED TO SPEND. I will never shop with you again.”

“I am completely dismayed by the absolute lack of customer service and the fact that it took two weeks for my purchase to be shipped. I sent several emails asking about the status and to express my dissatisfaction and felt like I was not taken seriously as a paying customer should be. I am so unhappy with your company that I will not be buying anything from you again.”

“On one of the recent shirts I bought when I went to rip the long tag (as instructed on the label on the tag) it ripped a small shirt in the hole. Very frustrating”

“I love Vuori but the lack of contact phone number really sucks. My order has said delivered for several days and I do not have it. I reported it online and they emailed to tell me to wait another 4 days before they will do anything because their delivery company often reports things delivered early than actual delivery. ????? This sucks and I expect a better response .”

“Wanted to love everything I ordered,but sadly I disliked everything. 2 pairs of shorts, 2 shirts and a sports bra- all were disappointing. Fabric was nice, but the fit on them was off. All of them. My husband has shorts, shirts, joggers and they all look and feel good, apparently they do mens clothing better than women’s. All the shirts fit awkwardly at the neck and arms. The clementine shorts road up and ballooned out. Reordered different styles And sizes, but those didn’t fit either. The fit on everything is just off.”

“Placed an order on Tuesday 4-26 paid extra for early shipping so I would have them on Sunday 5-1. Items never came I had to do an inquiry today is 5-4 and I still don’t have anything except the deduction from my account. Received a text today my order is on its way. Too late the Birthday was Sunday!”

“When reaching into the left pocket, my hand always hit the edge of the thigh pocket. There should be better sowing of the thigh pocket so this doesn’t happened. I returned both pants because of this design defect.”
