“The clothing is great. The delivery abysmal. Four individual packages squeezed into a small padded envelope. Whole envelope had burst open, left open on stairs, not at door and it was a damp day. Why would Vuori do this?”

“I ordered a pair of joggers in black Heather to match my black heather hoodie. Although both are black heather, the blacks do not match and I cannot wear them together so it was very disappointing. I’m a long time customer and have many pieces. I’ve always been able to count on the colors matching. Not anymore.”

“This is the second pair of Halo Slim Flare Yoga Pants I’ve purchased from Vuori. The first pair was perfect, and I only had to shorten it slightly. Unfortunately, this one came too short. :(”

“It never arrived. A hassle to daily look around the neighborhood incase it was delivered to the wrong house. The to be told to wait 3 days to see. If it shows up. Next, to be told I need to wait 2 more days yo see if it was really lost. Ridiculous.”

“The items purchased were too big - I was hoping after a wash and a dry they’d be sufficient. I even went through and put in my height and weight and still it picked a size too big. Disappointed for as much money as I spent. I should’ve just returned prior to washing.”

“You changed the fit on the meta pant. I tried some on this summer in a store and was hoping there was just a flaw in the fit around the calves. Totally over tapered. I bought 3 pairs online and indeed the cut has really changed from what I have currently. So it's back to Lulu ABC's for me.”

“I placed an order and had wrong shipping address attached to my card. I called immediately and they refused to cancel order and reship. Mind you it hadn’t even been fulfilled. Top 5 worst customer service experiences ever. I returned items unopened and will never purchase from vuori.”

“Never received the shipment. Offered to let me reorder but only 2 out of 3 items were available. My frustration drove me to cancel the whole order. Bad result for all of us and could have been avoided. Will hinder my desire to place a future order.”

“I made a return and attempted to reach out prior to and during my returning the items because I no longer possessed the card/account that used for the initial purchase and was told “it should still go to your account” I never received the refund which was approximately $200+ in items. Very upset, will not recommend or purchase from you again.”

“Horrible fit. Looks like poorly fitted pajamas. Should have listened to all of the other reviews online for this romper. Very disappointed with the quality of your product and now I have to go through the aggravation of sending it back.”
