“Re: Order 7060495 Your customer service sent me my tracking number Friday morning, on Monday morning I asked when will it actually be shipped out because when you send a tracking number to customers, we actually track them. They just sent an email Monday afternoon and it’s now been sent. This is terrible customer service when you send customers the tracking number and wait an entire day, over the weekend, and now Monday afternoon, it still shows UPS has not picked it up. I asked for credit on my priority shipping at $15 or cancel my order. This is terrible customer service.”

“Your description of sizing was confusing, and as a consequence, I suspected that I may have ordered the "wrong" size. I called you right away, before the order had been filled. The person who answered was worse than unhelpful. She said that if I had made a mistake there was nothing that could be done but return the pants. Indeed the pants were not wearable by me, so I had to go to the trouble of returning them. I have not replaced them and would not use your website again.”

“Got an email saying it has shipped but it is still just pre-shipment and that was a week ago. No updates still on what the status is and was hoping my husband would have these within 2 weeks of ordering for a trip. Sadly very disappointed since I could have ordered an equivalent from lulu and gotten them within 2 days.”
