Clothes are great. The shipping/ return is annoying since i was sent the wrong size and now have to find a printer, mail it back and order the same shirt (hopefully with the same size).

My husband bought me a gift card for Mother's Day and he specifically asked the employee to not send an email. She sent the email regardless of his request. I already knew about the gift card before I got the surprise for Mother's day.

The shorts I ordered or nothing like the previous ones that I have purchased in store. I called to request a refund and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Once I finally got someone that they told me that I need to send the email and request a refund and show them pictures of why the sizing is so off this is a lot of hopes to jump through in order to try to get a refund out of product that I’m not happy with. This was my first text online and I’m not sure I will be a repeat customer now.

I ordered something and looking at the tracking history said it would be here Monday may 9th. TH said it was in the city I live in and out for delivery. Now it says it’s in a completely different state.

In the past, I’ve had excellent experiences with Vuori; both their clothing and customer relations. However, when I first tried on these pants, the drawstring snapped. I emailed Vuori and they said they’d sent a replacement ASAP. Great! Then I received another email, saying they needed more photos, that the request had to go through a claims department (or equivalent), and that I’d hear back in 3-5 business days. Really? $115 pants and you can’t just send me a drawstring? Guess I’m going back to Lululemon.

Customer service was horrible from start to finish. They forgot to process my order until I reached out, then they sold me a pair of shorts that they no longer had.

The shirts were to short, maybe trendy but not for me. Loved the material and would like to see a shirt that is longer in the same fabric.

I returned this item . Size small fit me more like an extra large . I wish it did fit because i liked the color . Cant answer the questions about the return because I’m waiting ri get my credit .

Kudos to Angela and the Customer Service department. I inquired about a lost gift that I had sent from Vuori. They responded right away and resolved the issue within 24 hours by sending out the item again. They were responsive, efficient and extremely polite.

The colors are super misleading on the website - especially the color “wheat” which ended up being a shade of brown, when advertised as a yellow shade online. I am disappointed and will not be ordering the product again.
