“I am unhappy with the shipping experience. I requested 2 day shipping and no one bothered to get the order out in time. I emailed to follow up and it was only then that you discovered the order had not shipped. At that point, it should have been overnighted since it was already on day 2. Instead, I was given an obvious lie about "the system" not sending out an email. 2 day shipping ended up taking over a week. Anyway, I was given a refund after I asked for it (it was not offered) which I appreciate, but you guys need to do better.”

“Poor quality pants. Logo is already coming off of pants before wearing and they are brand new. No way to call company the speak to someone to address and issue. Asked to send pictures. The pants were shipped with this issye. Compony does not stand behind it’s product.”

“Was insulting that a 20% discount being extended to Marathon runners was not given to Marathon volunteers who helped make the event happen. This gesture would have made a huge difference in my review and opinion of your new Boston store, and the brand itself.”

“I ordered 2 pair of pants for myself and 1 for my wife. Nothing fit us at all. My 34 waist dress pant felt like a 32, I could barely do upnthe button. I am 6 foot 1 and athletic. The clothes all look and feel great but I need to send everything back and we are in Canada.”

“My order went from So Cal, where I live, to Austin Texas. I had discussions with 3 different customer service reps on 3 different days, all promising to get back to me with status of my order. Nobody ever got back to me until it landed back in So Cal. It's bad enough my order was waylayed, but to get empty promises from your company is something else. This was my first purchase and will be my last.”

“the product is no longer what it used to be. It does not fit as well, and is made of cheaper fabric. No longer 96% cotton. (I own 3 of the same style from Vuori, and the one I just purchased is very different). I sent it back and will no longer buy Vuori products.”
