Your tracking information is worthless. My initial order, placed befor Mother’s Day, was delivered with exceptional speed. I needed to return that order, and reordered a different product, and it seems stuck in the USPS miasma. When may I expect delivery?

I placed my order on April 26th, today is May 7th. My order is still sitting at the United States Post Office in California. My tracking stated my order will be delivered on May 9th. I have no idea how my order will be received in MN by Monday. Their customer service is not very helpful in correcting their shipping issues. I have no product to review, I am hoping their product is worth the wait, as it was a gift.

I’d heard great things and was excited for my purchase. Unfortunately they didn’t fit as expected so I sadly had to return them. I popped them in the mail using the label provided by vuori and 2 weeks later the items are still in transit and I’m here waiting for my refund…

Well I still haven’t received my order from 10 days ago. I tried calling yesterday and they said I had to give it one more day for you to try to do anything about it. I had a $20 code but couldn’t use it with another coupon. Should have free shipping with lower minimum. Mostly disappointed in lack of diversity in the models but the clothing is pretty nice.

Can't comment on items purchased as they were a gift for another person. But I personally would never use your company again. You present discount offers on line that immediately disappear so one can't use the code. This is a big hoax! Then, I contacted you by email 2x and NEVER heard back. A terrrible company that is out to co people.

I chose to buy Vuori for the unmatched fabric quality. Their stuff is always so soft and comfortable. I was very disappointed when the items I ordered came. They were typical cotton. They felt like something I could buy at a much lower price.

The website makes ordering a gift card too confusing. I ended up with TWO gift cards instead of ONE. I spent TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN I INTENDED TO SPEND. I will never shop with you again.
