“Quality feels cheap. Not impressed. Lululemon, Mackweldon, and Ten Thousand have better quality but you guys are comparable?? Reconsider price point and niche.”

“I’ve realized after a few washes and wear the material of jacket and joggers pill. It’s unfortunate that the material seems to degrade quickly. For an expensive garment I would expect the material to last at minimum a few years, not after a few weeks of wear and washes. Will not purchase again.”

“I really wanted to love this brand but I’ve had to return two orders because the sizing runs small compared to other brands. It was difficult to get store credit back when I did the returns. Both times I’ve had to reach out to ask about my refund.”

“USPS came to my door on Tuesday wanting me to pay $53 for additional postage on the package. Apparently not enough postage was used. Not sure what happened because the item was only $35. I suspect the large box used cost more than they anticipated it would because it’s a wide brimmed hat. I had USPS return to sender and now I have to call customer service to sort this situation out.”
