“The two pairs of Meta pants O received we’re both not even close to fitting to size. I’m a 34” waist and both pants couldn’t even come close to closing. Probably need like a 38” the way these go. Very disappointed.”

“I have purchased 7 or 8 pairs of joggers from you over the last year or so. They have all fit perfectly. But the last pair I ordered, same size, M, are too big! , I need to return them, but can't figure out how. I've called the number from the return website twice, and left messages, but haven't heard from them. If I can't return these, I will never order from you again! They cost $98.00!”

“One tank was huge. The other tank was grey and super heavy and think. Why was the tank grey when the picture showed green. The color was even called eucalyptus?eucalyptus is green!!! Very disappointed in my order”

“The first pants I ordered were great. Color accurate, fit is perfect. the second order was a mess. Love the color of the sweatshirt, but the fit is sloppy and raglan sleeves make layering impossible. I know they are cheaper to produce, and that makes me frustrated. A sweatshirt is a great layering piece. Also fabric is a little thin, skimpy. Pants were absurdly oversized. I wear a small and they fell off me. Color and fabric were nice. But the fit was just 100% wrong. Returning stuff is annoying.”

“I ordered an item on April 24th that I really needed, an essential piece for my upcoming vacation. Today is May 2nd and although my credit card was charged immediately, the order is still "in pre-shipping," since April 25th, they are still waiting for item to then ship! I made 2 separate orders that April 24th, the other item was delivered over a week ago. I have been told there is a problem in the shipping department and it is expected to be delivered with no notice during transit. I am furious I feel like I have been stolen from!”

“I am very disappointed as this was the 5 th order that I have paid expedited shipping fee only to have this delivery take 4 business days, 5 days and I was offered no incentive to continue shopping here. While I love your clothes they are very expensive and for having such high costing clothes your shipping department is ruining your company for me. My order didn’t come until later in the day Thursday and we had left so the clothes I had ordered to take with me were no use. I will not continue shopping here without a big incentive to make it worth my while to.”

“Ordered the life guard hat. Showed up in a crushed box and you guessed it, the straw hat was crushed as well. It was a Mother’s Day gift. I know Vuori will accept the return, however their “no exchange” policy is a little inconvenient for holiday purchases. By the time I return it and order again (if I do), it will be Memorial Day.”
