“Quality of products is kinda poor. I bought two pairs of joggers and the stitching came out after 1 use. Disappointed in the product. Gonna look for other high quality brands for joggers and shorts...”

“I appreciate Vuori sending me a replacement pair of leggings but unfortunately they just immediately ripped again. They are very soft and comfortable but I think you sacrificed durability for thinner material, making them pretty useless for people who actually want to use them for activities. I love your other products but these totally miss the mark.”

“I really like your products and the delivery was very timely. However returning items is not a great experience. Since you have to use the US post office in order to get the free return it slows down receiving your credit tremendously as I am still waiting a week later for the “agent” to pick my return up from the post office. Even if you have to charge a fee you should let customers have the choice of free USPS or a UPS smart label.”

“I have purchased a number of Vuori items from Vuori direct and from Nordstrom. I love the Ponto pants and shorts. I have a Kore 5" short that seems to be OK, but my last purchase was very disappointing. Your new short 6" was a very poor fit. Too big at the waist and way too small in the legs.”

“I received an email over a week ago that my package was delivered. I've spoken to two very polite customer service representatives who are opening shipping inquiries ect but I still have received 0 updates on go forward actions being taken and I haven't gotten my joggers yet.”

“Pants were stiff, scratchy, and very uncomfortable. Looked nothing like the photo. Fit smaller than I'd expect a medium to fit - which is my entire closet.”
