“Quailty control has gone south. Sizing problems on all recent orders. I have spent at least $1K-$2K on Vuoru clothing in the past 2 years. I love the brand. However, my recent purchases have gone been extremely disappointing.”

“Your staff at your Union Street store in San Francisco are very inattentive and aloof. This is not the first time this has occurred. They are in customer service and in today’s fiduciary climate with gas prices rising, grocery prices rising, and travel costs rising, anyone in the service industry including retail, restaurant, airlines,etc. should be bending over backwards to make sure our in-store experience is a positive one. These snotty girls that you had working yesterday morning were unengaging, unenthusiastic, with no eye contact or smile. And…no greeting upon walking in. I was the only one in the store! Going back to Lululemon. Your management team’s staff training or lack thereof needs to be revisited.”

“Very disappointed with the length of time it took to receive my order. I ordered on 4/5 and paid $20 extra for 2-3 day shipping so that I would receive order by 4/12 to have for our vacation. The order was not delivered until 4/13, 8 days after my order was placed.”

“I received a 20% coupon in the mail. Based on the coupon, I purchased several items, put the coupon information in but it apparently didn’t take it. I contacted the company and it refused to apply the coupon. I was very disappointed in how it was handled.”

“This is absolutely horrible fabric. As a waterwomen, I was excited at the brands style and colors so I ordered for my adventures. The cut and sizing is great, but this fabric is like plastic and it smells terrible too. I am sorry guys but this is way off base.”
