“I was disappointed in my new light joggers that I bought online. I have a pair that have become my favorite, but the new one’s waistband seemed stretched out and was 2 inches wider when I compared. I thought about returning them, but didn’t want go through the hassle. I won’t order again.”

“I bought a pair of pants and they were insanely long. I'm pretty tall and thin but have a long torso, so I'm a bit of an odd size. Bought 31/32 pants and the length was more like 34" than 32. Maybe longer. I sort of assume this is just poor quality control, but if I wanted the pants I'm going to have to go in and try multiple pairs of the same size since there appears to be too much varability to trust the sizing.”

“I hate rating you low. 95% of the time you get more than right. My husband Jack Denault bought me Vuori for my birthday. I also order Vuori $270. I receive the $30 birthday gift. I asked if it could be applied and Customer service said no.”

“This was my first time purchasing. I ordered a large size and found I needed to size down. I couldn’t do a quick exchange. I had to return and then “I” had to do the repurchase. When I went to repurchase using my phone, my size in one item was not available. I called back to have customer service check and they confirmed it was not available. However I went upstairs (all in a matter of minutes) and I found it on site using my computer. Very strange! And I was using same item information in all 3 instances! Side note…I really liked the blank pants…on the day I received them, I went to order a 2nd pair and they were out of stock…very frustrating!!! Clothing is very soft and comfortable…and I would have given a much higher rating…”
