“The mocha brown collared shirt I received had a loose thread that is a result of a stitching issue, directly in the front of the shirt. I have not even washed the shirt yet. I can send a picture if necessary.”

“There was a spot on the sleeve. It was too much trouble to return since it was a gift. I was able to remove it, but that shouldn’t happen with a reputable company. Disappointed!”

“I found your Berkeley store which was really convenient since I live in Oakland. The sales staff asked me if I needed help. They were great and helped me find the style I saw advertised on FaceBook. Staff also showed me another pair of pants that had narrower legs (I am 4'11"). Unfortunately, there were no short styles available in the store. Staff checked online as well. I bought pants and will have them hemmed/ altered.”
