“i have had 2 great customer service experiences w/Vuori in the stores. first time, i was in a hurry at the pasadena store and they quickly found what i wanted, recommended the best sizing and rang me up so i could get out. Second was the most recent experience at the westlake location. I needed an item only avail online so they created the link for me to execute the on-line order and included free expedited shipping. also instore there was a free bag plus gift wrap. will shop again!”
