“The mail order process was smooth. When we visited your flagship store, we felt the costumer service was over the top, but not in a great way. The sales people are a nice and very enthusiastic, but two people asked us four times during a 10 minute visit if we needed help. We decided to shop online. Just a one time, "hey, I"m here if you need anything" would suffice.”

“Your product is wonderful and I enjoy wearing all the time. The only negative is the way it is sent via the USPS and in packaging that is vulnerable to damage to the clothes.”

“Nice sport clothes, good selection. I find the sizing to be challenging, but this is so for every other clothing retailer. It is very inconsistent. I wish there were more items with organic and/or recycled and/or sustainable materials.”

“I love all the many Vuori pieces of clothing I’ve purchased over the years. I ordered the Daydream Crew top online in 2 colors, intending to pick one, but am keeping both. I think they’ll be great for overseas travel, when I want to pack light, as they will wash and dry overnight. I ordered online because the employees standing around behind the counter talking to each other in the store in The Forum shopping center in Encinitas, CA could not be bothered to assist me at all. Very poor customer service.”

“I am excited about this cute matching set. I leave the java Heather do on trend. Same super soft lightweight fabric as the popular joggers that I have. The pants run true to size. I got xl. I'm 5'7 and usually a 14 and they are good length, draped nicely. Not too loose or too fitted. The cropped hoodie hits just below the top of the pants, which is what i wanted but it is very fitted. I had to size up to xxl, but I do have a large chest. I can zip it without it pulling but I'm not sure how often I'll wear it like that. Looks great open.”

“I ordered two pairs of pants and they material was very nice and you can instantly see it was good quality. I did have to send the pants back because one of the colors I ordered was cream, and you could see every imperfection I have through them!! Also, after putting on the dark colored pants I noticed 3 places where there were snags in the material. I loved the pants but I felt for the price there should be no snags!! Overall, nice clothes. Will order again for sure.”

“I love the clothing @nd the customer service is great as well. I really dislike the shipping I have a package I still have not received that was in Phoenix two days is now in Pennsylvania. To a customer or myself very frustrating still waiting on package that was to be delivered today. As of today still in Pennsylvania. This is why I will rethink prior to ordering again.”

“I love the fabric and the color of my new skirt. I did find there to be a bit too much fabric and flow in the front of the skirt, kind of gets in the way when I am playing tennis in the wind. My last few Vuori tennis skirts have been more flat in the front and still 'flowee' in the back where it doesnt get in the way of my follow through or toss. Thanks”
