“My family loves Vuori we enjoy popping into the store but since it has opened the help does not really attend to me once I am greated. I have been asked if I am finding everything or have questions and I usually do - I am usually pointed in or taken to what I am looking for then the employee walks away. The Forum has a lot of foot traffic but today 5/20/25 I went in to exchange an item that we had picked up in the wrong size and make a purchase it was not busy. It's a shame that a store that was locally started and we are proud to support at great expense could not do a bit better in the customer service area.”

“This hoodie is very soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that it stretches out at the bottom and does not have enough elastic to bounce back even after a cold water wash and about 10 minutes in the dryer.”
