“I bought that beautiful blue jogger in Copenhagen Blue......OR SO I THOUGHT!!! What came in the mail was Charcoal Heather! EWWW Why wouldn't you let us tall folks buy that beautiful blue???? This is nuts. Please explain. Just tell the consumer that you don't carry the tall in that color. Don't send another color and have to charge the consumer who was only wanting and affording to buy one pair at that moment. Not nice!”

“I brought many items; however, some of them were not too impressive. The fit of the joggers around the calf area wasn't great—it might not be meant for a petite body. But the material is super soft, so I kept them to match the tops.”

“I ordered gifts for multiple people. My one complaint is that the tracking didn't show me the location of where the package was being shipped to so I had no idea how to track the individual packages.”

“I was super stoked to receive my Copenhagen set. When it arrived, the package was torn and items were damaged, so I sent it back within 1 hour of receiving it. I called to see about just having an exchange of the exact items sent, rather than a refund, to ensure it was still available. I was then told that the stock was getting low and I would have to wait for refund and then place new order, which meant it would probably not be available in stock at that time. Rather than the order simply being replaced and sent, even though they could see return was on its way and you already had received full payment, I am just without it and had ordered it for an event. Was hopeful for a better outcome.”

“I’m 5’3” 127lbs. I bought the petite small and they fit perfectly. I had tried the regular small and they were too long. Extremely comfortable. I think they are slightly oversized. I normally wear a small or medium.”
