“I want to start by saying that I genuinely love Vuori and shop the brand very frequently. I’m a loyal customer because I believe in the product, the quality, and the overall aesthetic of the brand. That said, I’ve noticed a shift during my last few visits to the store that feels worth sharing. The staff seems to have changed quite a bit, and while everyone has been friendly, many don’t appear as knowledgeable about the product line or confident in guiding customers through the store experience. I’m very much someone who enjoys walking into a store, talking through what I like, and having a team member thoughtfully walk me around, make suggestions, and introduce me to new pieces. I have no hesitation spending $500–$600 when that experience is present — I’ll happily keep adding to my cart when I feel engaged and guided. Another major frustration has been the in-store ordering process when items are unavailable. On my last two visits, when something wasn’t in stock, I was told it could be ordered online, and a cart was created and emailed to me. The reality is, once I leave the store, my momentum and excitement fade. The email sits, I second-guess the purchase, and often it never gets completed. If staff were able to process that sale directly in-store and simply add it to my existing purchase, I would absolutely follow through — and likely spend even more. This feels like a significant missed opportunity and a systems gap that could dramatically improve both customer experience and revenue. I do want to note that management at this location has consistently been wonderful — professional, welcoming, and steady — which I truly appreciate. I understand that turnover is a reality in retail, but additional training or stronger onboarding around product knowledge and selling strategies would make a noticeable difference. I share this only because I care about the brand and want to see it continue to thrive. With a few operational tweaks and more empowered staff, the in-store experience could fully match the strength of the product itself.”

“Love this coat. I live in Florida and this will be perfect. The coat is a light weight sweatshirt material. Dress it up or down. I bought XS 118lbs and have plenty of room for a sweater”

“My experience with your store has been wonderful. Everyone provides excellent customer service and is always very friendly—with a smile on their face every time I visit. I’m still fairly new to shopping here, but I really enjoy everything you carry. I normally shop at Alo, Beyond Yoga, and Lululemon, but lately I’ve been coming to your store more often because I truly like your products. I don’t have any complaints. “The product is excellent quality but you are so focused on a demographic that can’t even afford it. Pay attention to who’s buying your product. Most are not the 5’9 models you design for. I bought a mens product bc your products just really don’t often meet my needs as a 40 something year a woman who isn’t 59. So when I bought it naturally, it didn’t fit I will have to have it altered and basically designed my own with your fabric get it together 20 something year olds are living with their parents longer and have no money design for your demographic”
