“Tried to buy red outfit off the mannequin but could not. Salesperson tried to be helpful. In the end we had to drive 1 hour to another store to purchase it. Not very environmentally friendly.”

“Hi. First, thank you for the first rate customer service at the 2nd & PCH location and the prompt shipping of my online order. The only minor issue was that the pants I ordered arrived completely filled with glitter. It was nothing that a soft bristle brush, a little patience, and good wash couldn’t handle. I’m assuming my order was an innocent bystander of a lively holiday party, so it’s all good. Overall, good job. Keep it going. And please bring the Technical Climber Pants back. Cheers. ✌️”

“Love the brand. Prefer the OG pieces to some of the newer items, as I don’t care for the more compressive fabrics. Sizing is a bit inconsistent. And I really dislike the recent addition of sewn-in tags that must be removed with scissors or a thread ripper. What’s the point of the tear-out tag, if you still have (5) additional sewn-in tags???”

“I am very satisfied with the item be it a bit tad expensive, nontheless good quality. However, I was extremely disspointed with the delivery of my item. I was informed by UPS that the item was lost but they were albe to locate it. I received the item 5 days later then originally intended.”

“I’ve spent close to 2000.00 dollars this month for Christmas gifts. I went to two stores several times and ordered gift cards online. It was nice to get a free gift to give as a Christmas gifts as well. I only got one gift with one order online. Two times in the store I was greeted with sorry we are out. Just a little disappointed. Is all.”
