I love your pants and hoodie sets and bought a few last year. Unfortunately this year all of your sets in the store were crop tops and I didn’t get any sets even though I wanted to. Please consider people who don’t want to wear crop tops and have some options for us too please.

I was looking for the wide leg pant in black in an XXL, unfortunately, I settled for an XL as that’s all you had in store. I don’t live near any of your stores and I’m not sure I’ll wear these pants comfortably.

I love Vuori clothing. It's comfortable and fits perfectly. My only complaint is that I bought items on sale, some of which needed to be exchanged; however, the sale was over so there is no discount and Vuori does not exchange clothing! Also, there is no Black Fridy sale!!!

Absolutely love it and it’s all I wear now. I’m a Lululemon convert. Only negative feedback is a lot of the brown color pieces I own wash out and turn orange after a wash.

The color was beautiful the fit was fine, the material was nice but overall it looked worn when it arrived and for the cost I felt it wasn’t worth it. I returned it. Please bring back the navy!

I want to start by saying that I genuinely love Vuori and shop the brand very frequently. I’m a loyal customer because I believe in the product, the quality, and the overall aesthetic of the brand. That said, I’ve noticed a shift during my last few visits to the store that feels worth sharing. The staff seems to have changed quite a bit, and while everyone has been friendly, many don’t appear as knowledgeable about the product line or confident in guiding customers through the store experience. I’m very much someone who enjoys walking into a store, talking through what I like, and having a team member thoughtfully walk me around, make suggestions, and introduce me to new pieces. I have no hesitation spending $500–$600 when that experience is present — I’ll happily keep adding to my cart when I feel engaged and guided. Another major frustration has been the in-store ordering process when items are unavailable. On my last two visits, when something wasn’t in stock, I was told it could be ordered online, and a cart was created and emailed to me. The reality is, once I leave the store, my momentum and excitement fade. The email sits, I second-guess the purchase, and often it never gets completed. If staff were able to process that sale directly in-store and simply add it to my existing purchase, I would absolutely follow through — and likely spend even more. This feels like a significant missed opportunity and a systems gap that could dramatically improve both customer experience and revenue. I do want to note that management at this location has consistently been wonderful — professional, welcoming, and steady — which I truly appreciate. I understand that turnover is a reality in retail, but additional training or stronger onboarding around product knowledge and selling strategies would make a noticeable difference. I share this only because I care about the brand and want to see it continue to thrive. With a few operational tweaks and more empowered staff, the in-store experience could fully match the strength of the product itself.
