“Vuori is quickly overtaking my complete wardrobe, which says a lot about how much I love these products. They are comfortable, suitable for an active lifestyle and fit so well for my body type. I honestly look forward to putting them on everyday, no matter if I am headed to work, a workout, or just a hang with friends. I’ve been a loyal customer since I first tried on their Sunday Performance Jogger & Jacket. The cost for the quality is fair considering how long each item has lasted me so far. I promise, I am not being paid or gifted anything to say this. Thank you for being a brand that understood the assignment on every level.”

“I order from Vuori quite frequently, and until recently my experiences have always been positive. However, the past two orders have been disappointing. One package arrived opened and was missing items. While the issue was resolved quickly, which I appreciated, it was still frustrating. With my most recent order, the package was marked as delivered but never arrived. When I reached out to customer support, I was told I would need to wait four days before any action could be taken in case it appears. Unfortunately, these items were intended as a gift and will now not arrive in time. I’ve never had issues like this before, but it does feel as though the level of care in the customer experience may have declined.”

“Pants are fine but it takes 7-10 days to return something if you buy online. They do not provide pre-paid shipping so customer has to pay for shipping as well.”
