“I went to the Bellevue, WA store on March 6th as a new Vuori customer and ended up purchasing six items that day for myself. I had previously purchased gift cards for friends and family, but never made any purchases for myself. Big shoutout to Bouchra (working the front register) and Sarah (working the dressing rooms). Both were incredibly kind, caring, and helpful - true definition of amazing customer care. Not once making me feel overwhelmed, pressured, or rushed. Offering super helpful and thoughtful recommendations — it was so very obvious they genuinely cared about me finding pieces I love and am comfortable in vs just trying to make a sale. Thank you, Bouchra and Sarah, for helping me!”
