“Brought a pack of four, first one didn’t work (threw away) put second in device, didn’t work. Brought new device (still didn’t work) tried third again didn’t work
Called customer services . Told they would refund me $7 for the pod still in the packaging. But to get it ……
Drive to post office (2 mile drive, I live remotely) pick up what they send me, package pod and box in envelope and post . Wait an eternity to see if I qualify for a refund then maybe I will get one for $7
The box cost $30+ they didn’t work,
I’m not going to drive 2 miles, do what they want, drive 2 miles home and then not get refund on the whole box that didn’t work. My time is more valuable
I use a pod a day and have done for years!!!!
I’ve spent a lot (A LOT) of money with them. And they don’t want to refund me the money or in the least send me some coupons????
Oh well you have lost my business for ever

“When the pods are good, they're very good. Unfortunately, they're bad 90% of the time! The company does not reimburse you for the bad pods unless you have the packaging, receipt, a stool sample from your dog...
I've never imagined that a company was such terrible quality control can survive, but somehow they're doing it. Maybe it's because the price has more than doubled in the last year and the quality has sank too well below acceptable.
These pods are the most inconsistent product of any kind I've ever experienced in my entire life. How does a company survive one more than three quarters of their product are defective? If you're buying four pods, you'll be lucky to get two good ones. The rest will be burned black and taste like you're smoking a chimney.
They do it intentionally. They know they have this problem and they continue. They know they can easily solve this problem by adding a little piece of transparent plastic to their packaging where people can see the product before they buy it. If they did this, nobody would ever buy their product again and they would be forced to make changes. They know this is the case because I have brought it up to them and made the suggestion. They pretty much telling you that they don't want you to see what's in the package because they know it'll put them out of business.
What would she do is stop buying all products this company makes whether they are a vape or not until they get it right. These people aren't even trying. I think it's because many smokers are such things, but they will smoke the garbage that vuse puts into these boxes.
Overall, from now on, if I can't see the actual liquid in the pod, I'm not buying the product.”

“I switched to Vuse Alto about 2 years ago after stopping smoking cigarettes.
While the flavor I use is pleasant and I do enjoy, the leaking if the pods when inhaling is become prevalent more and more and literally every pod out of my most recent 4 pod pack have leaked unspent nicotine oil into my mouth
It is a horrible taste that burns both tongue and throat
I have been dealing with this issue periodically since I started using but how it seems that most every pod expels liquid through the mouthpiece
I am almost to the decision if switching to another product because at the price point charged, I cannot continue to endure this issue

Their Pods leak more and are not a good liquid quality (like the use to be). The last few times I've bought the 4 pack, half if not 3 quarters of them had already leaked (in the package). “Vuse pods suckkkk now! You spend $26 for a 4 pack that are 99.9% dark brown when they should be light and almost clear! You might “like a 1% chance” get a normal pod, but usually not! “I stopped buying vuse. Almost a year ago becauseost of the pods were burnt.i did buy a 2 pack last month. It was fine.so today I bought a 4 pack. All of them are burnt... ALL 4 look like used motor oil.I looks like vuse is not ever going to correct this long existing problem .I had called customer service last year and was told this was a cosmetic problem and to try using them.You can't use them they don't draw very well the taste is awful and they make you cough.there we're so many complaints already about this so I am shocked that no improvement was ever made.i”
“This company is driving themselves out of business. The pods used to be good. Now they are brown and very nasty. Bought 4- 4 packs and they were all extremely dark. They stop working half way through from being so thick it seems. I'm surprised the government hasn't checked into it. It can't be healthy. I'm going back to the refillable. Can't afford to just give them money for a worthless product. The cost is even higher than actual cigarettes now. Have gone back to smoking until I can get others from a respectful company. “The cost was getting bad and then to top it off the pods are dark and taste terrible. Then to top it off you buy a 4 pack and 3 are dark but then they stop working at a half pod. Spend all that money and you start to wonder what brand to try because this is ridiculous (pictured pod doesn’t work)”
“Vuse used to make great pods. But the quality just keeps going down but the price keeps going up. Huge inconsistency with the liquids. I only smoke the clear ones, odd time I’ll get 2 clear liquids in a pack, but more often they’ll be a dark brown colour. What’s up with that? And I don’t know if they’ve changed their formula or they’re watering them down. Because I’m smoking them the exact same way I always have, but lately I find a pod only last me 1 day. Used to be 2-3 days. And I haven’t started smoking it more. I’m switching to the refillable vapes, much cheaper. If you’re going to keep upping the price of the pods, they should be getting better not worse.”
