“This company is driving themselves out of business. The pods used to be good. Now they are brown and very nasty. Bought 4- 4 packs and they were all extremely dark. They stop working half way through from being so thick it seems. I'm surprised the government hasn't checked into it. It can't be healthy. I'm going back to the refillable. Can't afford to just give them money for a worthless product. The cost is even higher than actual cigarettes now. Have gone back to smoking until I can get others from a respectful company. This one is a scam.”

“I stopped buying vuse. Almost a year ago becauseost of the pods were burnt.i did buy a 2 pack last month. It was fine.so today I bought a 4 pack. All of them are burnt... ALL 4 look like used motor oil.I looks like vuse is not ever going to correct this long existing problem .I had called customer service last year and was told this was a cosmetic problem and to try using them.You can't use them they don't draw very well the taste is awful and they make you cough.there we're so many complaints already about this so I am shocked that no improvement was ever made.i”

“The last 6 months I have flushed so much $ down toilet on these thinking just a bad months long batch was sent to my part of Ontario and the flavours would work themselves out and go back to how they were. WRONG. I smoke the Golden and Rich Mix and I don’t know what idiot decided to revise the tastes but UGH. I know smoking anything is poison but I cannot believe just how close they now taste to smoking ACTUAL poison they are now. They used have AWESOME maple/sweet/coffee taste and now they are absolutely unusable. Contacted them to complain and they said they’ve revised flavours to create a more balanced taste. By completely removing anything GOOD about them? Replacing the flavours with what tastes like the strongest cigar mixed with the taste of when I used to light a cigarette filter first accidently? Don’t waste your money. This company ruined itself.”
“The picture below proves my point here. Just look at the variance in color. Those darker ones are 5.0's stuffed in a 2.4 pack. Every 2.4 Golden 4 pack i purchase has two or more 5.0’s in them. These pod's are $5+ each. Good luck with that, I’m switching to something else.”
“Their delivery is horrible. They take your money immediately but waiting over three weeks, still not delivered. The same status on the "tracking number" for over a week. Customer service, no help. Lately, 50% of the pods leak. They have leaked in the packaging and received pods that are darker than others. I will have to find another product. They use to be great. Sad.”
“Vuse pods suckkkk now! You spend $26 for a 4 pack that are 99.9% dark brown when they should be light and almost clear! You might “like a 1% chance” get a normal pod, but usually not! The pods taste gross and leak.. Sometimes they won’t even hit. I am not using them again. Tired of wasting money on tar looking pods. Customer service don’t do anything! “I have used vuse for a long time but recently the quality of the vape pods are terrible. The liquid is dark and tastes so bad they can not be used. The price has taken a 6 dollar hike on the four pack in the past year and I don't get the quality I am paying for. I will now be forced to find another product to use. This is so bad and so much money wasted. The pic I have posted is of what I just paid over 26.00 for and can only use two of them. What is it with vuse, don't they care if they lose business? “I use this thing religiously and it helped me quit smoking cigarettes. Makes cigarettes taste nasty to me now. I smoke the golden tobacco 5.0 nicotine. It is very upsetting when you buy a singe or two pack and one or both are dark brown making it look like the rich tobacco flavor. It tastes burnt and absolutely disgusting. It is almost like they are stale. Some places will let you swap it out for another one, but it's bogus because you don't know until you open the package and then since it is then open, a lot of places won't let you return it. If that is the last of my money until I get paid next and I get a dark, burnt, nasty tasting one and I can't return it then I just wasted my money. This happens 99.5% of the time when I buy these. It is absolutely ridiculous that almost every time I get one this happens. I really like Vuse and I want to continue to use them but I am starting to think maybe I should try to switch to another brand because I want a good golden tobacco taste when I hit it. Not like Im sucking on burnt chapstick flavor. I have noticed if I buy the 4 pack it is less likely I will get a dark brown one. Also, at least if I have one or two dark brown ones, I have 4 total so I at least have a couple good ones. But I can't always afford to buy a 4 pack. Also, $7-$10 for one pod then around $12-$14 for two is a weird price difference. Lastly, These are incredibly easy to lose and misplace. If you don't have pockets or a purse on you 24/7 you can lose these very easily. A magnetic lanyard to keep these around your neck would be a great idea if not thought of by the company already. The menthol flavors are way too much menthol.”
“Absolutely horrible customer service and if its possible an even worse carrier to deliver their product. They billed me on 4/28...they "say" that the carrier, Haultail, picked up the package on 5/2...today is 5/27 and still no package...Vuse pointed me to the carrier app(which is worthless) but does have a chat feature. I have been told for 3 consecutive days now that my package will be delivered, I wait around and no delivery, when I call Vuse to complain they escalate to a supervisor who said that I have two options: 1. keep waiting or 2. they can refund my money and I can go buy a different product! Very disappointing that a company the size of Phillip Morris has such horrible a customer service. I will be looking for an alternate product to use moving forward. 10 - 15 business days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a delivery and they can't even honor that commitment!”
“I used to really enjoy the Vuse Golden Tobacco pods. But lately, no matter where I buy them, they are discolored and harsh. Which tells me they are mass producing them and they are old, perhaps exposed to heat in storage by distributors, and they are non refundable. A great way to get the money for bad or contaminated product. I quit vaping a week ago and feel so much better. I have WASTED hundreds of dollars the last couple months because ALL the pods were as they are in the picture I am including.”
