“I have noticed since the change that they leak terribly. Now the inside if my mouth feels and tastes weird all day. My tongue has ripples, as well as splits,and my lips stick to my teeth. I wasn't aware what was causing it at 1st. Had to go see my dentist. They were also baffled. Then I realized all this vuse juice is burning my mouth all up. Its dry and terrible. “i've used these for a few years now and was really happy with them but am now looking for another brand..the old 18mg pods were really nice but vuse has changed the recipe ..now the new 20mg pods are like smoking sugar..they are disgusting..every individual flavour has the same overly sweet sickly taste..about one in ten pods has failed from the start or half way through ,i'd avoid wasting your money on these and try other brands”
“I reported my defective vuse pods and was told to take it in to have it assessed. Lately I've received a number of faulty pods. After a few uses, it just stops working.
Why can I simply not be refunded for faulty vuse pods when raising a complaint? I mean, I included the serial numbers too? It will cost me more to go to the pop up store to have it assessed.
Vuse, you guys really need to do better. We pay a lot for these things and the customer service just totally sucks. I have 3 pods that are faulty (2 strawberry ice and 1 grape ice)”

I have called company several times over these issues, and they only send you a coupon for a SMALL fraction of what you paid, and the inconvenience of having to go out and buy another pack of pods! Plus, you have to send them the defective pod BEFORE they send the coupon! Bad business practices!! They either need to get it together, or STOP making them all together!”
“In 2 years a pod went from 11 bucks to 19. The flavor was the good. Not as good as juul Virginia was but good. But juice comes through to often. It's 50/50 the pod tastes off. 1 in 4 are dark and don't taste right. I'm done being ripped off. Now when they tell me at the store what it cost i hesitate because i cant believe it. “I have used these for a few years off and on since I stopped smoking six years ago. At First they were great. Now they are awful. Pods used to last 3 to four days each now if your lucky it's one day. Now they leak! The stuff bubbles and comes out in your mouth. This is just since they changed the look of the box. They have done something to these pods. With the new look came not so good things. They taste weird! Time to change to something new. That last more than twenty four hours and don't bubble and leak.”

Then today I felt a hot sensation in my pocket. The device was super hot and seemed it was about ignite it was so hot. If I left it on the couch or in my back pack I could have lost my life to a fire. It got so hot I couldn’t even hold it.
