“Use to be the best vape cartridge ever but since they started the four packs and selling more products I feel they are rushing production . The last 9 or 10 four packs have had 2 to 3 pods either spitting liquid out or even leaked out in the package . The stores never return them once box is open so I've lost about 90 dollars in faulty pods the passed fee months. Been dealing with it because they did at one time taste the best and were great quality but now I'm going to start looking for another to use .”
“I love the Vuse Vibe. HOWEVER their web page is THE most unfriendly, poorly integrated and incompetent, for self serve as I’ve ever seen. Constantly having to call customer support for customer service and they shouldn’t even have a web page as poorly as it functions. Shame on your webmaster and shame on RJ Reynolds for not making a more user friendly web experience, it’s not like you can’t afford to. “There was a flash sale of 50% off. Ordered it and realized I got charged full price. Call and the lady I got told me to call back on a weekday. Called back and they said that NJ doesn’t get discounts. So instead of getting 50% off I paid more for shipping cost. They didn’t offer me coupons or anything to try and make me whole at least. I will be switching products now just cause I am sour about how they handled the situation.”
“They stopped making Vuse Vibe available and wanted us to turn in all our batteries. I have called and called and they keep saying the new batteries are coming out soon. It's been months and nothing. I'm very disappointed and I probably will not go back to Vuse Vibe. They lost a lot of customers. Solo and Ciro are nothing like the Vibe so I switched to another brand (Markten).”
“I will never do business again with Vuse. I paid two day priority shipping and six days later I had to pick the order up from UPS. they did not refund my 13.00. They also charge a 45.00 tax. Double the price of other merchants”
