“First order, everything went as it should of. I was so pleased so I placed another order. Delivery was sent and I'd missed it, so I'd rearranged delivery for the following Monday, only x1 pictures turned up missing x3 pictures. Finally after speaking to someone at wallart they confirmed x4 pictures where sent providing a photo showing x2 boxes, however this picture was from the first failed delivery from outside my apartment block which I explained if they spoke to delivery company the second successful delivery would show x1 box outside my apartment door. After sending this to them in am email I still have received no call or email back, I've now tried to call them over a dozen times and I'm not sure what more I can doo!!! Keilturner123@gmail.com”

“The order itself is fine but I am very disappointed with the customer service. I couldn’t track the order as I was given no details. Tried to contact by phone- mailbox full. Online chat just told me it had been dispatched and having sent 3 emails I’m still waiting for a response!!”
